REKAP: 🏀 Chicago Bulls 114-95 win over San Antonio Spurs. ‘Is Coby White an All-Star?’ ⬇️⬇️ for 🍕

The #chicagobulls keep on winning without #zachlavine. Now, 8-3 since LaVine has been out with injury, #kap says you can’t play him again so you do not hurt the value of trading him.

#cobywhite continues to shine. He had 22 points, 12 in the 4th quarter and Kap says and asks the question, ‘is he an all-star?’ Best comment gets 🍕🍕 from Lou Malnati’s.

#demarderozan, #nikolavucevic & #patrickwilliams were all fantastic and the #bulls did what they needed to do to get a win over a lesser team and pull away from #victorwembanyama and the #spurs.

  1. Coby White is an All-Star this year because if you think of what he had to go through ever since he entered the league. He had high expectations put on him based on him being drafted to the Chicago Bulls as a PG. At the time we had no real coaching and vision of what the team can be . Now he is developing into a player that the Chicago Bulls believe he could be the whole time when they drafted him. With two All Stars players being in and out of the lineup and Coby White now stopping into a leadership role. Shows that he has the potential to not only be a All Star but also a leader going forward in the leadership role for this team. This is a playoff team with the young guys continue to develop and two All-Star players supporting the young guys will only continue to make the team stronger with a more direction and a tough identity going forward.

  2. Coby white is an all star. Putting the work in these consecutive years. Training with a true point guard in Chris Paul is rubbing off on him.
Bulls are a playoff team I can see them becoming the 7th – 8th seed in the eastern conference. If they keep playing with heart and determination to win.

  3. Yes Sir,Kap! White is an All-Star and the Bulls are a playoff team! Now the first minute Zach is healthy you get him the hell out of here! No sense he plays here again only when after he's traded and playing for a different team! SEE YA!

  4. Coby white is a definite All Star he’s been tremendous so far this season. He has surpassed his play from last season and taking on a leadership role. Trae young, Darius garland, Donovan Mitchell are usually voted and he should be ahead of them this year voting wise on the all star ballot.

  5. Coby White is a All-Star because he's balling out of his mind and Bulls will be a playoff team if you trade Lavine for nice pieces for shooting and more on the defensive side the Bulls will be a better team and playoffs defensive will happen.

  6. The NBA has playoff spots for 20 of the 32 teams now. So, just being a playoff team isn't as big an accomplishment as it used to be. This team looks like it should be in a spot to make the playoffs and compete. Having levine out has forced other players to step up, and the team is playing more cohesively. Coby has definitely been given the chance to take on a bigger role, and he is turning the opportunity into an allstar level season.

  7. Got to give credit to AKE for being patient with this young talent we have, and believing in the development of who they drafted. GarPax would’ve traded Coby, Ayo, and Patrick Williams, and would have kept Zach, thinking he wasn’t the problem. AK was patient in Denver and we see how that turned out. Great win but credit to management and development.

  8. I believe that he is an all-star. The bulls are not a playoff contender if they do decide the trade Zach Lavine we need to see what we get in return maybe some picks maybe another upcoming All-Star to pair up with white and them but we’re not a playoff team just yet we’re still missing a couple of pieces. Overall I love the way the bulls are playing though.

  9. Coby White has taken a huge step this year and it’s great to see his development benefit this team! He’s absolutely deserving of an All-Star nod and if the Bulls keep the cohesiveness going forward we are absolutely a playoff team! #seered

  10. Cony White is absolutely an All-Star. He's playing lights out right now and he's showing the front office that this is his team. As for the Bulls being a playoff team — as long as Lavine isn't on the court, yes. If they can trade him away and get a few nice players back for him, I could see this team making a run.

  11. We are a playoff team for sure but Coby def isn't an all star jus yet ! He's still only putting up around 16 ppg and there's other elite guards at his position that will get the nod ahead of him but if he stays hungry n continue to grind hard n create plays for other once he put together a strong second half to the season and then a extremely strong start to next season then he's a for sure lock for an all star selection 💯

  12. I would love for coby to be an Allstar but would take everyone to vote him in. But east have a lot of guards if not but fans hope the coaches will vote him in

  13. Yes and yes. White is playing like a man on a mission and tonight showed it. When you have 4 players playing the way their are with ball distribution, rebounding and scoring the way they do, they will make the playoffs. Team chemistry is everything. Go Bulls!

  14. Not sure if they are a playoff team, we need to see what they do when teams adjust to their new style of play, hopefully without Zach 😮

  15. I don't think Cody will make this yr! It's always a yr later it seems. If he STARTS next yr…. he'll make it.

  16. Coby is absolutely playing like an all star. He needs to consistently play like this leading up the the all star game. The Bulls ring now are playing like a playoff team. It depends on health & most importantly, not letting Zach play with the team. It’s just so obvious Bulls are better with out him

  17. Yes, he sure is. Anytime you are playing at all levels of the court you are helping your squad elevate and that's what all-star players do.
    Happy Holidays. J

  18. Coby is playing like an all-star, I feel Coby and PW being young and out of respect for Zak, took a back seat. Now they can show their worth. With him out. They are getting there, Except for Philly, Bulls game played teams on losing streaks. Let's wait a little to say a playoff team. Beat a couple of good teams. Then I'll answer.

  19. Man kind of hard to deny Coby. I’ll be first to admit I loudly said he was a bust and one of the worst starters in the league. Maybe Zach hindered a lot of it? But I’ll happily admit that I was very very very wrong about Coby. Very happy for him cause he’s a good kid and unless something changes in the next couple weeks, Coby will absolutely fairly be considered as an AS and if he gets in, will be deserved

  20. Kap: Brian Dale here. I agree that Coby White is playing like an all-star as he is impacting play in many different ways with scoring, rebounding, assists, steals, etc. Also…love the hair (sorry Kap!). With the Bulls, I can't consider them a playoff team until they get over .500…Hopefully that will happen soon. I agree with you it will only happen if Zach Lavine never plays for the Bulls again!
