Michael Porter Jr. led the Nuggets with 22 points as Jamal Murray (20 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists) and Nikola Jokic (18 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists) totaled 38 points. Miles Bridges (22 points, 8 rebounds) and P.J. Washington (20 points, 8 rebounds) led the Hornets as Nick Smith Jr. totaled 19 points (5-7 3PT). The Nuggets improve to 21-10 as the Hornets move to 7-20.

This game probably shouldn't have been this close considering the Hornets were missing Terry Rozier, but Bridges did a nice job of keeping them in the game despite having a poor shooting night.
Denver's starters were locked in offensively for this game. Jokic, Gordon, Murray and MPJ all did a nice job of shooting the basketball.

Gordon Hayward only took seven shots and didn't get to the FT at all in this game. Michael Porter Jr did a nice job of keeping him in check.
