The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Atlanta Hawks, 125-119. Desmond Bane led the Grizzlies with 37 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists as Jas Morant added 30 points, 6 rebounds, and 11 assists. Trae Young led the Hawks with 30 points, 5 rebounds, and 13 assists while Dejounte Murray tallied 26 points. The Grizzlies have now won three straight and improve to 9-19 as the Hawks move to 12-17.

Trae Young has now had seven consecutive games with 30+ points & 10+ assists, joining Oscar Robertson (7 games: Dec. 18, 1964 – Jan. 1, 1965) as the only players in NBA history with such a streak.

    This is just demoralizing. All I can really say is if you know the position you are in right now and want to turn things around you got to act like it. Played a good first half and then collapsed 2nd half, giving up 75 points defensively in that 2nd half alone. Incredible lack of defensive rebounds. This is very frustrating, lot of lack of effort and roster issues. Injuries are also tough. Hoping for a run eventually. #TrueToAtlanta
