The fetid sweaty hairy ass that was on full display still looked better than Traes head tonight and he HAS to have over 100 million dollars and access to actual professional hairstylists living in Atlanta. F the splash brothers …we got the DOWNHILL DUO
Vince is a perfect fit for the starting roster minus Steven Adams. I honestly think Marcus should play starter minutes but start on the bench when he’s back. Vince completely covers our rebounding hole without Steve-O and consistently pesters the opponents best players into tough shots. He’s got crisp connective tissue passing and only really takes good shots which he can hit in a pinch. He’s basically the wing the grizzlies have been trying to develop since Dillon. He’s still got plenty of room to grow too since there are definitely raw areas in his game, but he’s the perfect fit. Seems the coaching staff knows as well because Jenkins has played him 34 minutes a night since Ja got back.
Remember when folks wanted to tank?

We might not lose another game! Some postgame thoughts.
• Ja looks really… *really…* ***REALLY*** fucking winded out there. This is terrifying because he was missing easy shots that he’d normally make and still scored 30 points. Once he gets his lungs back, he’s going to have his way with everyone.
• Ja’s return is the best thing to happen to Des. Des is a terrific player but he was unable to carry the Grizzlies. It’s not a failing; he did the best he could. But during the first 25 games, all teams needed to do was make sure no one else really did much and simply accept that Des was going to get his.
But with Ja in the equation? Now teams are like “*Okay… we need to figure out what to do about Ja… you know what? Fuck it: we can’t stop Ja. We’ll just let him get his and contain everyone else and… OH THAT’S RIGHT THEY HAVE FUCKING DESMOND BANE WTF DO WE DO??*” You just can’t contain them both. And if Bane has an off night, Trip might remember that he can score 40 if he really wants to. The League is kind of fucked.
• Our perimeter defense has improved with the emergence of Vince Williams. As a team, the Hawks normally shoot 37% from three. Remember how at the beginning of the year there was all this noise about what it a dumb move it was to get rid of Dillon Brooks and teams were having historic games from beyond the arc on us and how our perimeter defense was fucked and we’re just fucked and we’re fucked because we’re fucked because we’re fucked? Well, we’re kinda notfucked. We put the stank on the Hawks and they shot 30% from three. Our perimeter defense is good.
Vince did well out there. **Z** did well out there (*on defense… he missed a lot of shots he should have made; I honestly think that he was surprised that he was getting to the rim and expected more obstruction on some of those shots*). When we fold Smaht into the rotation, we’ll just never be without multiple ways to lock a team down.
• It feels fucking good to have a win streak.
• The number of rebounds that Trip didn’t get is infuriating. Like, the team should rip him a new one over that. There’s no excuse for that. I don’t know why he feels good about **LITERALLY BEING OUTREBOUNDED BY EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS TEAMMATES**. No matter how many minutes they played, they managed to grab more rebounds than Trip. It’s just crazy.
