I really like the Cam & Vando Pairing We just need them to each Hit 2-3's a Game along with 1-2 Strong Finishes @ The Buc(k)et. I don't think it's too much to ask an NBA Player to score 8-10 Points a Game.
I also like the AR & Rui Offensive Pairing!!!
And, DHam is not an Offensive Coach so, He needs to hire an Offensive Genius/Specialist like Tex Winter.

If Reaves wants to start he needs to vastly improve his defensive efforts because he's been getting torched on defense. He needs to go back to competing very hard on both ends of the floor like he did last year.

Ham's 3-guard lineups(Reaves, DLo, & Taurean) are atrocious because they lack size and are horrifically bad on defense which helps opposing teams go on huge runs. So those lineups need to disappear.

Right now I like Cam and Vando starting with LeBron, AD, & Taurean because of the higher defensive upside and the team is better with bigger lineups. Rui could easily replace Taurean in the starting lineup if needed.
Why aren't the Lakers making any trades
Man trade Reaves; here are the facts/stats as to why you can’t start or stick with AustinOThim!! He will give you 20 at the most but given up 40!!
“When Reaves is on the court the Lakers have an offensive rating of 113.7 and a defensive rating of 116.8. This gives the team a -3.1 net rating when Reaves is on the court, meaning that they are worse than their opponent per 100 possessions. It gets worse when you compare the numbers when Reaves is off the court as well.
When Reaves is off the court the Lakers have an offensive rating of 111.3 and a defensive rating of 108.3. The offensive rating is slightly worse but the defensive rating is far better, giving LA a net rating of +2.9 when Reaves is on the bench.
This means that the Lakers' net rating is -6.0 when Reaves is on the court versus when he is off the court. Jaxson Hayes is the only player in the rotation who has a worse on/off split than Reaves does this season.”

I'm so sick of LeBron last years being wasted with a team that refuses to go all in for a championship.
If they're not willing to go all out for the chip then they need to trade him to a team that won't waste his last few years.

Nobody goes for rebounds, plays defense regularly, and let's not forget about the turn overs.
I see all of these good role-players being waved that the Lakers could use for a defensive player who can rebound but they refuse to sign.
Why are they trying to hold onto picks when they aren't what they used to be?
First-round picks no longer guarantee to help make your team better I mean look at San Antonio, Houston etc.

All the Lakers have to do is repeat the Pacers IST Finals game plan. I promise you, if I see that, hey, even if the Lakers lose I will give them their respect for sticking to their bread and butter, instead of imitating Golden State in futility. When the Lakers attack the rim, good things happen. That's not opinion, that's fact. Ultimately, only the Lakers beat the Lakers when they lose.
