[Stein] Mark Cuban has been promised ongoing control of basketball operations with the Mavericks. Yet the sale agreement that establishes the Adelson and Dumont families as Dallas’ majority owners does not contain specific language about Cuban’s role

Well, if they pinky swore…lol the zionists are gonna push him out the moment he becomes too much to deal with

So all of that pronouncements that Mark was going to be in charge of basketball forever amounts to a house of cards that will eventually come tumbling down since he didn’t get it in writing.

Why would it? That’s an agreement with the new owners not the league.

  4. Shift_Tex

You guys think you know more about the deal than Mark Cuban or his team of lawyers? Lol

  5. I could give two shits about who owns the Mavs as long as they are sucessful franchise. Osama Bin Laden could come back from the dead and run the Mavs for all I care id be happy as long as we win. Its a sport not politics.

  6. The Adelsons wisely decided that this sub should run basketball operations

  7. I’ve seen multi million dollar deals and the amount of legal work and DD involved is overwhelming. I can’t imagine how much is involved in selling an NBA team. Point being – every single detail is ironed out and understood by all parties

  8. Even if it does contain the language today, majority owners can change it tomorrow.

Cuban was simply saying that to appear as a good guy.

This dude said he would divorce his wife before trading or letting Luka walk in FA. A year later he sells the team with only a verbal agreement that he’ll still get to run basketball ops.

Cuban getting fired. No more in the Tres Comas club…

Social media engagement farmers doin’ their thing. Stop giving Stein and the others engagement (= money).

Pretty sure the billionaire is doing what he’s comfortable with, and nor should we care much otherwise. I’m busy watchin’ Luka, Kyrie, DJJ, Lively, Exum, THJ, Grant, etc gel. It’s a fun team, no time for fake drama.

Stein got the full terms of the agreement somewhere just on Dropbox? Lol

For some reason, I doubt he was cc’d in that email.

Hopefully, the new owners kick Cuban to the curb.
