They had been playing a lot recently and the Nets young guys were playing well enough that they could afford to sit while giving them an opportunity.

Cam hit a long 3 on Dame and was immediately benched lol

  3. That’s one way to get around the new rules I suppose.

  4. SuperBatSpider

you’ve got guys like Kawhi and LeBron playing B2Bs but these young dudes can’t despite no injuries, actually ridiculous

  5. totenpole

This is actually crazy. Cam barely played last night. The man is 22 years old, let him play smh

  6. WernerHerzog69420

Meanwhile Giannis and Middleton played between 30-32 minutes for some reason.

I know they had a b2b and Mikal played quite a bit, but this was kind of lame lol.

Nets were playing the Bucks tough and close for most of it, they could have maybe tried and steal this one.

  8. xpillindaass

apparently bridges played because he didn’t want his streak to end

  9. 2nd night of a back-to-back and they had to go all out to ensure a W against the Pistons yesterday.

We are playing like 7 games in 10 days coming up and on a back to back AND then fly to Paris. We needed to rest up.

No way the starting 5 played 12 minutes only one person the Pg had 30 mins. They knew I was betting and was gonna come up. Then they go and do this shit. NBA is Rigged. This whole shit is designed. There is 0 way this happens the day I drop a bet. It’s always something.

  12. I appreciate the Nets’ spirit but they can not compete with the absolute Abrams M1A2 tank job in Detroit

  13. batdogfoxhound

Mikal actually needs some rest, Cam idk about that

Nets fan here. Last night was basically our championship. Making sure that we weren’t on the wrong side of history by losing to the pistons is about the biggest accomplishment we’ll have all season, and the only one that really matters at this point.

A good recipe to lose a game is to play the entire roster haphazard amounts of minutes. I acknowledge their busy schedule but these are professionals, what Vaughan did today is outrageous

  16. Low_Delay2835

bro they need some rest just so you know being a part of history takes toll from the body

  17. LordOfLimbos

Couldn’t those fuckers have done that yesterday!?!

  18. cosbysweaterz

Nets are not a serious org, they have had this culture of losing my entire life. Just punting on a game in the beginning of the season is not uncommon for this org.

Sports books should void these guys, this is fucking bullshit.

  20. Doctor-Bagels

we had 5 games in 7 days its just a rest game jfc

  21. BigBootyBanger

Not a surprise when the DNPs were announced. Not sure why Cam was resting tho, guess they wanted to see Dariq, J Wilson and others in a full game’s action. Seems like a reasonable game to do it

  22. conwolf253

I know they technically didn’t break the rules, but they should be fined into the Stone Age for this

  23. Rip-Sharp

I remember bridges cost me 5k last year on a parlay that went 6/7 because this happened to me and I had him to hit 24 points when he was on a roll

  24. We’ve got 7 games in 10 days and then we fly to France, this was a rest game. Mikal only played to keep his streak up
