Mavs’ Luka Doncic Speaks After Loss vs. Cavs: Dec. 27, 2023
What happened in the fourth quarter as the offense slowed down we play B was it just as shots was there more to it yeah that’s on me I missed a lot of good shots so that was on Me on the fourth quarter L when you come out and light up
In the first quter obviously getting a lot of shots up I would assume a lot of energy is it tough to start that fast and then stay strong no I probably could ask that more open I mean not just keep going the bright you think perance yeah I mean he
Was he really good he got a shots up you know uh we all know he’s going to make it so I tried to find him what you guys particular at early in the second quarter when you bu 20 Le uh just rebounding the ball I think the
Rebound rebounds was a big issue today so rebounding the ball and then running what was supposed to happen on the last play what do you mean was supposed to happen did was the play run correctly uh yeah said Jason said there was a miscreen I mean yeah but you know they
Double I was trying to look we needed a three so I know L was open but we didn’t need need a two with L obviously he’s made a lot of plays for you this year um pick and role wise where are the like what are the next steps for him where
What are kind of like the fine tuning pick game with you that uh you’re looking for from now I he’s been great so uh he just got to keep working uh I would say everything so uh but he’s been great look what are the lessons learned from tonight’s game that you would like
To see better in the next game tomorrow oh we got to rebound the ball better you you’ve obviously been playing a lot of minutes um how do you feel going into a back to back tomorrow L we’ll see tomorrow thank you

The good thing about Luka is that no matter how pissed he looks towards others (teammates, coaches heck even refs) in game, at the end of the game, he takes accountability and knows he has to be better.
He needs 45-50 every game for this team to have a chance …
Who is that reporter? He haaaates him
shame team a bunch of inconsistent team mates & coaching staff😂😂😂
He really doesn't wanna be there in front of the media, its your job dude, chin up!
How can someone stop playing just like that and don't score for 5 minutes…I don't get it.. almost as if some Dallas players were doing it intentionally
crybaby
Reporter : What was suppose to happen during the last play.
Other Reporter : elbows him whispers dude wtf??
Luka : Wth did you mean by that?
Luka in postgame: I missed. Lot of shots in the 4th quarter, that’s on me.
Kidd in postgame: We had good looks, we just didn’t mKe them.
Part of leading a team is taking ownership of your mistakes and taking the blame (even when it’s not all your fault). I don’t think I’ve ever heard Kidd do that… ever…
Jason kidd is trash
Luka did way more than his share as usual. The rest of the team can't shoot. When you miss 10 wide open shots in a row, time to call up some G league guys and see who really wants to ball. I would send Grant Williams down first.
When you are a super star, your teammates tend to stand around and wait for you to do something. Luka's only weakness is a below average athleticism.
