I really like RJ as a person. Poised, great work ethic and from what we’ve seen, a pretty funny dude. But it was obvious that his consistent inconsistency was hurting us. I really wanted to see him thrive and hit that next level but he won’t until he learns to handle the ball and play defense. It was frustrating because you root for him to do well and after awhile, you can’t see the same thing over and over and expect something different
