The Detroit Pistons snap a 28-game losing streak and defeat the Toronto Raptors, 129-127, and improve to 3-29 on the year. Cade Cunningham led Detroit with 30 points and 12 assists as Bojan Bogdanovic (19 points, 7 rebounds) and Jalen Duren (18 points, 17 rebounds) totaled 37 points. Pascal Siakam led the Raptors with a season-high 35 points along with 5 rebounds, and 4 assists as Dennis Schroder (season-high 30 points, 9 assists) and Gary Trent (24 points, 6 3PT, 4 AST) totaled 54 points. The Raptors move to 12-20 on the year.

This is Detroit’s first win since Sat., Oct. 28 v CHI. The 28-game losing streak tied the record for consecutive losses in NBA history (Philadelphia 76ers: Spanning across 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons) and the streak set the record for the longest single-season losing streak in NBA history (previously: 26 – Cleveland in 2010-11 & Philadelphia in 2013-14).

Cade joins Nikola Jokic and Tyrese Haliburton as the only players this season to record a 30-PT, 10-AST, 0-TO game.
The first such game of his career.

  1. I was waiting for Cade to stop caring and just take over games. He’s got the athleticism and skill to be a top guard. Now look. Pistons finally gonna be ok for the future

  2. This loss sums it up for the raptors, not only does it say a lot about the roster but the front office/management aswell. All I know is someone (Bobby Webster) should be in the hot seat right now. You know it’s bad when the raptors made their first good trade since the Chip and you’re not even excited as a fan lol.. most of it is because the trade or potential trades are about 2 years too late. We should be in a similar position as Orlando is right now, the team should of already gone through a mini Retool process then back to winning. I am hoping this is the start of a positive turn in the right direction, I’m beyond excited to have Quickley in the roster and even RJ aswell despite OG being my favourite raptor!

  3. Got one WIN and nw talkin C’ship lmao…regardless im happy we got the W, Cade Deserves it sm🎉muchlove

  4. First of all: Pistons, good job on finally getting your 3rd win.
Second of all: Raptors you earned yourself a new hater for ruining greatness tonight.

  5. Wish I was there for a winning cigar at LaCasa’s lounge and dinner at Fishbone’s. 🎉🎉🎉
