16 turnovers and the same bad shooting. Would’ve won ohterwise.

  2. thestandupkids

Paolo and Franz are starting to take the next step. It’s now the front offices turn to take the next step and start building around them.

  3. Vegas spread of -5.5

Some better losing his mind with that last second bucket by Franz

  4. robby3282598

Even in a loss I love what we saw from this team tonight. Young team against a juggernaught and they fought so hard. Our guys came to play. In the third they had one a horrible stretch of maybe 4-5 turnovers in a row that led to Phoenix points and they came back. Love that our guys kept shooting when they had their shots, even thought they weren’t falling. And both Franz and Paolo came out and showed the world they’re for real against KD and Book. Not a perfect game but should build confidence that we can hang with whoever.

  5. TacoPenisMan

Are we going to go another full season watching every other team out shoot us?

  6. banchero98

Banchero should play like Doncic for this team. Sometimes, even though Banchero is on the court, I see Anthony Black and Bitadze trying to pass each other and making turnovers, and it’s very painful.

  7. philip_p_donahue

Its funny watching this team and thinking ‘imagine if we hit our shots at an average to below average rate…’
I feel like we’d be blowing teams out of the water

  8. Stop me if you’ve heard this before: The Orlando Magic lost a game because they can’t make a three.

  9. Mose completely mismanaged that 4th by leaving Harris and Suggs in there for the last 4 minutes and didn’t tell his team to attack the paint. Just terrible. Completely winnable game even after that first quarter debacle.

  10. Which_Giraffe8614

Guys I couldn’t watch the game, how did Goga play?

  11. guioligon

FO probably didn’t think we’d be this good and I can see why, but we’re good. we could make moves to get better this season, don’t think they will, but we could. we should still make the playoffs and MAYBE get out of the first round without moves, and I’m okay with it cause we’re ahead of schedule

    BUT

make moves in the off-season and get a shooter/scorer, no fucking excuses

  12. When the entire backcourt goes missing you are simply screwed. Zero spacing unless WCJ was on the floor (his performance was the only positive thing in that game) making the lifes of Paolo and Franz incredibly hard and ISO heavy.

Couple this with way too many extremely easy TOs and you don´t win on the road, simple as that.

  13. One if the more disappointing losses in my book.

Unnecessary turnover in the 3rd and Ice cold in the last 6 mins lost is the game.

Beside that, great showing and the defense is for real again. Not easy to keep a healthy suns so low.

  14. Its hard to keep Cole out there vs both Booker and Beal but he probably should have been. Suggs was just terrible offensively tonight, if he plays as he has been recently then we win this.

Oh well, on to play the Warriors who are very beatable

  15. Niceshotpiccolo

Played decent enough to give us a chance unfortunately the wheels fell off at the end

  16. Matt_Netherlands

Lost by 5 to a Suns team with their big 3 healthy and playing. I thought they could have done a better job of getting Paolo the ball in the 4th, but good effort asides from that.

  17. clingklop

Good for WCJ psyche to have a good game…this team is beatable if we have our full squad

  18. DGRedditToo

Goga starts, WCJ takes Gary’s minutes as a shooter.

  19. 81thirdkid

Please just get us some shooting. Particularly at the pg position. a real floor general who is a sniper.

    -signed every magic fan.

  20. Elithekid1

Turnovers really screwed us more than the shooting.

  21. Programmer-Gullible

Tough loss, yes, but there’s still so much room for improvement to make sure it won’t happen again.

39 minutes shared between Gary and Houston to only come away with 5 points. Gotta improve there

Suggs 4-4-3 on 1/10, he’s for sure gonna take that to heart and continue to improve

15 turnovers (11 of them credited as PHX steals) Gotta improve there.

4th quarter drought will (i hope) nudge Mose into feeding the hot hand, in this case Franz. Also on the timeout called where Paolo stepped on Nurkic’s foot, we looked clueless on the next possession, which is befuddling considering we just called a timeout. Mose gotta improve there.

  22. That -8 point swing when we decided to go point goga will haunt me

  23. Andr0id_Paran0id

It was winnable. Not having been able to watch the game and just following online, is there a reason why cole and wendell didnt get more run?

  24. gokhaninler

Garry Harris’ time is up here, they should not renew him

  25. Its a matter of time, our time will come. Paolo and Franz are our future and the players who will be free agents will once again see Orlando as a potential spot to play in. Good times ahead.

  26. Jkolinski32

We’re able to stay close against a good team even when we can’t make a shot and turn the ball over every other play. I actually think that says a lot about the team in a weird way

  27. SincereFan

Imagine Cole was in instead of Gary those final 4 mins. Honestly do not know what Mosley is doing. Its a Bol Bol situation, like I truly do not get why Gary gets minutes many nights and I am even more confused that he ends games.

  28. Debonair311

Could’ve won if kept the ball in Paolo’s hands. 25pts in 3 qtrs then Franz hero ball in the 4th down the stretch.

  29. 5 FTs combined for Franz and Paolo is crazy. I didn’t watch this game since I was watching the Lightning. Was the lack of calls warranted or did the refs decide the Suns needed home cooking?

  30. Cthulhus-Tailor

I know people like Black’s potential but my god the stat line, 2 points, 2 assists and 2 turnovers. Just atrocious. And that’s typical, he just doesn’t move the needle much. Suggs was even worse, ever since people started to hype him he’s been largely mediocre. 1-7 from 3 and he just keeps chucking. When he’s bad he’s historically bad.

  31. Another game where it’s obvious we need to trade for shooters.
