Does anyone have trade ideas that don’t involve Lauri or Siakam? Surely there are more trade targets that could be interesting?
When 4 of your best starting 5 become shells of themselves in the space of a year it’s not going to magically turn around. This is who they are now.
The team will be 3 or 4 games under .500 by the time Dray gets back. If he’s suspended again he’s out the rest of the year, maybe even out the nba. The team wasn’t great even when he was playing, and with Klay/Wiggs/Loon playing like crap there’s no play off hopes, because while Podz and TJD are better than anyone could have hoped, they aren’t winning you a series in the post season. I don’t drink the JK cool aid. He’s a negative IQ player. His athleticism is wasted when he doesn’t know how or when to use it. He can’t shoot and he can’t pass.
Klay is playing for himself and Wiggs is either checked out cause of whatever happened or he’s regressed. Dray can’t stay on the court. Loon is washed. Steph is tired.
There is no trade or set of trades that can fix this.
