Build A Free-Throw Routine – Hawks Basketball Academy
Every player should have their own free throw routine Trey has his de jante has his own way of doing his free throws I like to before I even get the ball from the referee take a deep breath in through my nose and a long exhale through my mouth
This helps regulate my body and allow me to be more relaxed and when I get the ball from the referee I like to do one drible line up my hands with the laces and keep all my focus on making the shot I encourage you to make your own free
Throw routine some players may like to spin the ball in their hands kiss up to the sky whatever it is make sure you practice it whether you’re at practice in the game or in your own backyard the focus at the end of the day is to make sure you make your free throws
Everyone Should Have A Free-Throw Routine!
Pro-Tip: Stop moving the ball before shooting your free-throw.
IMPORTANT: Complete your routine during practices, games and whenever you shoot a free-throw!
