OG told JB when they walked onto the court: “I don’t really know what I’m doing so I’m just gonna keep cutting.”

Amazing how well something so simple works.

Jimmy Neutron was great for Miami last playoffs just because of cutting. With the spacing of modern basketball, a great cutter is invaluable.

Defenders are going to be trying to close out on shooters because that’s what most players are trying to do. With good timing, you can get a lot of easy buckets. Minnesota is a good defensive team and he was still getting easy points.

Him and Donte’s off-ball movement made the starting lineup’s offense look incredible

It’s called a scheme. The NBA has decided they’re going to guard Brunson with taller, athletic guards. Been the case for 5-7 games. Interesting philosophy, because when Brunson beats these guards it’s usually an easy bucket.

Please do lol. The Knicks have always left so many points on the table by not looking to incorporate cuts and lobs into the offense.
