Pop's rigid coaching style has turned Spurs players into a group of robots who don't know how to adapt to changes on the court.
This dogmatic leadership style may work for Duncan and Leonard, but it will destroy most other talented players. Even if Geno happens to be an exception, it does not mean that Pop's coaching style can continue to be successful in the small ball era.
The era of Pop is over
