I would do this deal in a heartbeat. Not sure about Brooklyn participating. Is Brooklyn potentially looking to blow up their squad?

Misleading title. Gave me a heart attack but in a good way. I hate you lol but seriously, fuck you.
EDIT: Brooklyn never does this in infinity years. To even get them to stay on the phone for more than 6 seconds, we’d have to include Fultz (expiring), Suggs or Dell, 1 more first round pick and 2 pick swaps. I would do it in a heartbeat.
Zero chance the nets accept that trade. They turned down 4 first round picks from the Grizzlies at the deadline last year, JI and 2 firsts doesn’t even get us close.
So they turned down 4 FRP at the deadline last year but we’re going to get him for an injury report all star and 2 picks? lol I’ll take it
Brooklyn laughs in our face. If y’all want good players you’re going to have to trade good players. We’re not gonna get shit for Gary Harris, Chuma, and Denver’s 1st.
It’s gonna have to include a big piece like AB, Suggs, WCJ, and maybe Jett.
Picks + AB?
We need Mikal.. it would be perfect. Didn’t he out score the entire team in the 1st quarter last time we played the Nets? Make the trade!!
Nah, the Nets made it clear they’re not trading Bridges. Although Isaac’s talent is intriguing and is “from” NYC, I don’t that think that some of his rhetoric would be as tolerated, especially with ownership.
NY media is always looking for a scandal, so they’d have fun asking Isaac personal questions. So after the past few years of the kyrie circus, I think management wants no drama.
I feel like this is not how Brooklyn operates i don’t see them trying to bottom out
I feel like a lot of you getting into trade frenzy don’t realize how far off our team is. like Wagner and Banchero are like a year or two from peak. If you bring in a player in their peak or veteran the narrative quickly shifts from “we need shooters” to X player carrying inexperienced players and maybe those players don’t grow. In 93-94 Penny and Shaq were 23, Nick and Dennis 26 and they looked like deer in headlights their first playoff run. Then next season when it all came together they still got exposed by the Rockets, then the next year by the Bulls. The next year would have probably been the year they put it together but Shaq left.
The point is Paolo is 21, Franz and Suggs 22, and AB 19. I get how goddamn frustrating it is and how much y’all want to win, but this is literally how rebuilds work, the process is working. Losses like we’ve been having are part of the growth process. Being handed losses by Curry and Durant two nights in a row sucks now but will pay dividends later.
Also Durant said himself: “Banchero is a force, especially when he got the 3-ball going like that, only had two free throws and he still had 28 points, 12 of 23 is efficient and 9 rebounds and 7 assists. He’s basically a point guard out there. He’s going to be a force for a long time **and this team is going to be a force if they stay together and continue to keep growing**.”
Kevin knows what he’s talking about. Patience.
