[Russo] At shootaround today, LA Clippers coach Tyronn Lue said that Mason Plumlee approached him recently to tell Lue that he doesn’t want to “mess up” the “good thing” the Clippers have going as the team has won 17 out of their last 22 games, and will gladly sit behind Daniel Theis.

Nice of Plumlee to say but I want Plumlee in to secure more defensive rebounds. Theis has been getting killed on the glass lately.

Proprs to his humility but sooner(preferably) or later he’s gonna have to build in-game chemistry if we’re to win the chip. Hopefully he won’t hesitate when Coach calls him in to start against lower seeds

Right now we’re using a 9 man rotation with Coffey playing the 4. Can Plumlee and Theis play together? That’s just bad spacing especially if Russ is also on the court

This team kicks ass, man. Love the selfless approach. Lue deserves a lot of props for fostering that culture.

I suspect he might get back in after he gets more reps in practice with Harden since he got injured the first game with Harden if I recall?

Either way, super cool of Plumdog to say.

This fucking team! From top to bottom everyone is sacrificing like they said they would. Locker room is legit.

We’ll let the coaches handle that but its good to see everybody buying in.. Lets Go!!

I’d still like to see harden/plumdog pnr a bit. Plumlee a better lob threat plus he’s a good passer too, I’d think it’d be interesting to see
