The year is 2034. Chet has gained 15 pounds every single offseason. He is now 350 pounds of pure basketball god. He was won MVP for 6 consecutive seasons and no team has attempted a shot in the paint against him in over 300 games.

Despite Chet “The Thickness” Holmgren’s physical development, there are still some critics questioning his viability as a Center in today’s league. In fact, even on this panel, are a few who say, and I quote, “he’s still too skinny.” Shaq, care to explain your comments?

That’s the body of a man who probably has a fire secret recipe for BBQ sauce.

He can also hit a shot in both baskets from center court!!

I doubt Chet ever plays heavier than 250. He’s got relatively thin shoulders and he wants to keep his mobility. He’s amazing right now, physically. I do think he will get stronger and thus get more rebounds, but I think a lot of improvement will come from basketball IQ. And you won’t need to wait 10 years for that, he’s a true student of the game.

So I’d say, check back on Chet in 3 years. If he’s still with SGA and J-Dub, it will be a scary trio.
