Mentor Kyrie has been coaching and giving advice to all the 2-way guys this whole game. Here’s some pics of him with Greg Brown

Kyrie being a mentor, especially as a respected hooper, is so good for our organization. This isn’t the first time kyrie has talked or coached a player this game (blazers @ mavs) during a break 1 on 1, giving both defensive and offensive advice. I haven’t seen this from many other players in the league who care this much about bottom of the bench guys. We saw it earlier in the year with jelly walker too. Great game against the blazers and good showing from our end of the bench guys. Fck all the ppl who call Kyrie a cancer to the locker room tbh

Claxton called Kyrie one of the best teammates he ever had. Players love him

  2. Kyrie is the best. I love that man (in a platonic way)

  3. Most if not all of the players like and respect him though?

He is respected by his peers. That is the most satisfying thing. And he deserves it. He does so many good things off the court that go unnoticed. He seems to be such a great teammate. I’m glad he’s a Mav.

A year in and Boston fans are shooting 0% with no signs of improvement on their Kyrie “every locker room he’s in falls apart” prediction.
