it’s funny that people think someone can become the best basketball player in the world without liking the sport. it’s more the league he doesn’t like i think- mostly the media- and the fact that he’s far from home.

  2. He likes basketball. He doesn’t like the business/corporate side of the business. Also being very far from home and being around Americans who are awful

Ppl stupid as hell if they believe that shit

  4. Nephews all over social media parroting this bullshit to death on ever post

He likes basketball. He doesn’t like fame. I think that’s respectable and cool. The Nuggets aren’t paying him to be pop culture icon.

i swear it’s like people think Adam Silver showed up at Joker’s house in sombor at 4am and kidnapped him to force him to be in the league.

It was boring on the first day. I can’t believe people believe that Jokic doesn’t like Basketball..

  8. PaniMan1994

The type of people who keep spouting these are the same type that Jokic probably tries to avoid. The “sensationalists”. He just wanna play ball with his boys

It’s the only narrative big-market / big-player-name fans have when they need to bring down Joker since he’s so good on the court, it should be double embarrassing to them tbh that a guy that doesn’t really like basketball (in their eyes) is the best guy doing it.
