From a financial aspect, Don would be stupid to not extend. And does he really wanna go to a random team as a rental than have to find a team with a max slot to sign with? Don is smarter than that.
The Cavs are winning without Garland and Mobley. If the goal is to win a title, trade DG and Mobley for LeBron. It immediatly bolts Cavs to top 2 or 3 in East. If not, the Cavs are a repeat of 1986 to 1993 again. Above average, but not great.
3 short guy at PG SG SF is hard to win plus Donavan is the toughest on are team – T2

garland and mitchell can work together, JB just doesnt know how to create shots off ball like Steve Kerr does. When one star has the ball, he will have the other jsut sitting in the corner.
