How could you blame him. Tie game he goes out. Team goes down 14. Has to come back with 5 mins left and goes on an 11 – 0 run to causes by him either through him or assisted by him. Gets two game saving blocks and then after being triple teamed he makes what he thinks is the smart play for it to be botched by passing it to sochan and he is getting blamed for not taking a layup in front of two people and risk a missed shot or an offensive foul. Then two instances after that the game could have been at least tied but no timeout was called. Sadly, the the biggest criticism against Wemby is his effort isnāt leading to wins even though heās the leading scorer on the team on a 24 minute restriction. I canāt imagine how frustrating his position is right now. He canāt even do more if he wanted to because heās limited on time. Like how much better can he do than a point per minute with 5 blocks and 10 rebounds. Heād probably get more assists if his team could finish a bucket

Spurs and Pop should be accountable. They set these young guys to failure. Everyone hates sochan because of that stupid experiment. Wemby is visibly not happy with the current situation of the team. Itās too obvious that malaki is not a starting pg and everyone hates him too. what happen to my favorite team is mind blowing. i still love this team and hope they do better

I can see why his FG % isnāt great. He plays in the knowledge he only has a limited amount of time on the floor per quarter, so you see him just jacking up shots very early just to get into a rhythm. Some hit, some donāt, he canāt continue to play with that mindset.

Nothing worth having comes easy, these are some young guys only 30 games in, and they are making progress, the games are getting more competitive, and we have multiple extra 1st rounders in the coming years. All I can say is KEEP POUNDING THE ROCK!

Canāt have Kareem Abdul Jabbar 2.0 losing 85%+ of his games because your organization refuses to put NBA players around him.

Just remember itās the long game with Wemby. He is unique physically, so we need to treat him with more scrutiny. It sucks heās on a restriction but we need to follow the process.
Remember we sat TD for the 2000 playoffs.
Granted itās a different scenario, it just shows a precautionary approach thatās paid dividends.
