Before Alperen Sengun player of the week award the last Rocket to win the award was James Harden November 11th 2019. From my quick and rushed research he is the second youngest player in the last 5 seasons to win the award.
Paulo Banchero won it earlier this season. He is only a few months younger than Sengun

r/Sengun is absolutely special. He’s only going to get better and is more skill-based although stealthily/sneakily athletic. I think his ceiling is further up than many expect bc like Jokic, he’s not the typical basketball star.
