So with new players and return players it’s really important that they start the season with optimal nutritional status so we will do some testing to see where they are after the offseason and then we will supplement with sis products to make sure that they are reaching their optimal nutritional

Status prior to the time the first ball um drops the pre-season is probably my busiest time in nutrition cuz I really want to make sure everyone is up to speed and ready to go it’s also extremely demanding physically um at that time it’s the highest caloric needs

Them throughout the season because we need to make sure that that they keep their muscle mass on or for the young ones they’re actually laying down more muscle mass so sis has helped us design some products that we can use for many different reasons the fun part about it

Night we’re traveling late at night participating in winter like all the things that are really put you at risk of getting sick and therefore also at risk of getting injured so I take on that really seriously that we need to make sure everyone is in Optimal Health going into the season
