Mixed up with the bulls in Detroit M Chicago’s playing better so they’re playing better they’re playing better without Zack LaVine I think Zack’s back now but Justin says Miami had a good defensive scheme pack the paint and just let the Rockets do what they want what
They do jack up shots it worked in the first half for the Rockets they tied at halftime at 59 10 for 20 from three oh boy that second half they were three for 20 before Fred made that three-pointer for the final point of the game so they finished second half three-point
Shooting four for 21 Terry says we got to stop fouling so much Stephen echoing I think it was Justin Rockets canot contain the heat three-point shooting Miami was 15 for 36 from three see notice how the numbers stats kind of skew things Miami made one more three than
The Rockets 15 for the heat 14 for the Rockets but it seemed like Miami made way more threes their threes more more timely but it was just one more three made for the Heat and the rockets in this game this a strange game in you know
This kind of bizarre not a lot of flow to it Fred leading the rockets and scoring it’s okay for you know a bit but not ideal see that y I thought the the same thing Stephen I did but you know final Box Score says Miami 15 of 36 Rockets 14 to 41 from
Three the heat were overall from the floor 41 for 82 so they were 26 of 46 on their twos Rockets were 37 of 88 overall 23 of four 47 on two so the three-point shooting Rockets the second half three-point shooting with got the Rockets let me see
If I can get the breakdown here second half threes let’s see second half second half three-point shooting Miami was eight for 19 from three in the second half Rockets were four for 21 so it’s four more threes made for the heat in the second half that’s why it seemed so much so
Egregious and of course like I said Rockets made three until the last seconds when Fred made their fourth one so for must of it it was a five three difference there you go St with your numbers right there five second half free throw shooting wasn’t much difference second half free throw
Shooting let’s see Rockets 14 for 15 Miami 13 for 16 so you know so the ref they did their job it just I just don’t likes so much stopping and starting with files call I I just don’t like that you know gets on my nerves I like physical defense
And so I’m struggling as a old school dude all these high scoring NBA games now gota adjust to it though I know but let’s see fourth quarter free throws Rockets nine of 10 heat 10 of 12 that’s that’s just too many in a quarter I’m sorry but you know that’s just me Justin

Threes that uh three-point play he had down the stretch that pretty pretty much put put it away and this is without Jimmy Butler so Miami it’s amazing what a good coach can do throughout injuries despite injuries Miami had six players in double figures Rockets had five bam out bio
Also battle fou trouble but he finished with 22 and 12 in 31 minutes and some change Duncan Robinson four for 10 excuse me 14 three for 10 from three old man Kevin Love 15 points haime H Jr 14 points but for the Rockets Fred 32 Alp
22 Jaylen 11 on two for 10 shooting cam 11 5 for eight shooting Jabari 10 on 3 for 13 shooting J shant t nine three for eight shooting Aaron holiday eight on two for six Uncle Jeff five on two for four and Di man Thompson also five on one for two
A man had two turnovers in his 11 minutes Fred and Alp each had three turnovers Darry says he still thinks Alp was too passive he needed to be more aggressive and he probably should have because he would have got to the foul line based on how the ref ref was
Calling it it just seems like too many let me see the fou numbers free throws were pretty much the same but the foul seemed like it was just yeah see the files were different that’s the key Rockets were called for 31 fouls Miami was called for 21
Fouls so Rockets have 31 fouls call on them but the heat we’re not I mean three-point shooting I guess but the numbers kind of tell a different story 31 fouls in the Rockets Miami took only 32 free throws Miami had 21 files called on them the Rockets took 28 free
Throws so yeah Rockets would would have been more aggressive they would have got more free throw attempts which would have helped them score but Miami packed the paint as noted by many of y’all so they s in my opinion settled for a lot of Threes rather than attack the basket
Attack the paint draw contact get fouled and get to the line D reaching here I I know he is uh ban could could have helped us with blocking shots and scoring no I doubt it what do the rockets need to do better get to the paint get to the foul line
More read the room read the officials how they’re calling games Stephen says it feels like the Rockets still have no respect it feels like the Reps still have no respect for the Rockets Sly the Rockets of last year refs I mean part of that respect
Being a bad team for a while does creep into the mindset of refs they they won’t admit that publicly but it’s human nature Justin asked question who do we have that can can consistently draw fouls in the paint Jayla needs more muscle uh probably Alp probably and you don’t have to

Be the point guard Off the Bench Aaron’s gonna be the scorer scoring option Aaron had one assist today one just not his role but he did have six shot attempts and he was one for five from three Jabar was one for five from three two for eight from two so he struggled
Inside and outside and inside he didn’t really get inside he was kind more mid post rather than take advantage of his post-up opportunities I wish he would have got to line more than just three times Terry says Aaron is a new Eric Gordon shorter not as strong doesn’t complain as much
