[ClutchFans] Ime Udoka was straight and to the point about Alperen Sengun tonight: “He played one half of basketball, basically. He decided to show up at halftime and exerted himself the way he normally does. You saw the player that he is (in the second half).”

He has trouble playing at a higher pace. After he got more into the zone he was doing much better. He does occasionally have problems with consistent effort. But he does push himself more when prodded. Alpi’s stans might get mad like last season, but there is no problem with what udoka said.

This is great, he is never going to reach his potential with being pushed.

He is right … if he is the guy and an allstar, you cant have a awful half like today … 0 points ?? Nahh and i am an Alpi stan but this was rly bad today … yeah he wake up 2nd half but why not starting like that ??? Also his shots were soo of i mean ft and 3p ??.. Normaly he made couple 3p and ft was like 75-80% but today … it was hard to watch and Ime is right about that

he’s right. he can turn it on when he wants, but he really needs to play with more heart and confidence and claim his role more. the talent is clear, the mentality is lacking at times

I was feeling that’s some kind of a strategy getting team mates play in the first and show up in the second but obv not the case here
