You need to make The Town references to avoid fines. That being said, I love what Darko did and think it was worth the fine.

Do FOs have a little fund set aside for coaches to unload a couple times a year? 25k isn’t nothing for the bottom end coach salary (spo would be fine)

  3. Team dinner after 3 wins in a row just got downgraded to pizza pizza due to budget reasons

Worth it. He just spoke facts. And I hate the raptors lol

He actually got off super easy, I’m really surprised. He basically said the game was rigged. Expected $50k-100k minimum

Adam Silver is soft. Jeff Van Gundy got fined $100K for saying the refs were rigging games, and that was almost 20 years ago

  7. League doesn’t want to bring attention to his comments cause they can’t defend that game.

If anyone just looks at the numbers, that game was what it is.

If you watched the game though, it’s clear that wasn’t a competitive game.

They hated jesus because he spoke the truth…

Make refs have a post game interview. Bet you the amount of BS calls will drop exponentially.

  10. Sounds to me like this is basically an admission of guilt with how soft they are on Darko as he basically accused the NBA of being rigged and compromised.
If the NBA truly believed they are not rigged, then wouldn’t they have gone harsher on him?

Way too many 50/50 calls in this sport allowing referees way too much agency.

Coach darko is right and the NBA is wrong.

NBA officiating is the worst it’s ever been. And it’s no coincidence that this new low correlates with the mass marketing of online sports gambling. Fans need to organize and coordinate a boycott. Refs need to be held accountable.

This fee is on the low end because they know he’s right.

Team dinner is downgraded to just Jamaican beef patties with coco bread now, and maybe the starters get a 240ml Peanut Punch if there is some change left.

  16. Can’t believe the refs made them lose to the lakers and the clippers

  17. Gerald_the_sealion

I know 25k isn’t much to these people, but when are we gonna subject penalties to the refs? Why aren’t they able to be criticized? Anyone else in any position is able to be criticized

So, officials get announced at 9AM game day right?

Is anybody watching to see if the money lines change yet?

  19. This is such a bad look by the nba. Guarantee you if this was Kerr or popovich, there would’ve been no fine but since this is a young inexperienced new international coach then sure let’s use this guy as an example even though he has every right to be pissed.
