I’ve said Hamm’s rotations are Trash and you (Trevor) disagreed. Every.Single.Game his rotations make zero sense.
It takes much longer than a season for a team to really get it together. But in Laker world, people expect things to occur magic-wand fast. Not realistic. Look at how many years Kobe was on bad Laker teams before they got it together. STOP shipping out great players like Lonnie Walker, Beasley, Monk, Schroeder, etc. That isn't helping at all. Last, get rid of coach killer and budget killer LeDrama (the real core of all of the team's problems) and get some real talent for him.
They shouldn't have hired him from the get go…..The front office literally chose Ham wit no coaching experience over Mark Jackson
acting all tought and voicing out looking tough really shows that his head was empty

I’m just gonna chuck this in k hope u guys see it. I think we can agree that this team was viewed as depth with maybe 9/10 guys that could be viewed as above average to average nba players. I’m just gonna drop the epm impact metric rankings of every lakers players ranking. This in my opinion this is a combination of slight underperformance and an absolute disgrace of coaching put on by darvin so here u go:

The problem with the Lakers is chemistry, LeBron James, and unity. It's not the coach's fault, it's just the office including Jeane Buss.
Im a big Lebron fan but his leadership has been poor lately. He shows his frustration too much during the actual play if something goes wrong. #Positive-energy #Encouragement
The Lakers are poorly prepared and it shows every first quarter. They start the game trying to see if they can win giving 70% effort. By the time they reach 95%, the game is either over or they don't have enough left in the tank. Another thing, when you see a bunch of turnovers, guys dribbling it off their feet, botched handoffs, that's poor practice/preparation. THATS ON THE COACH!!!
And who told this organization this team was good enough to sit Lebron or AD against ANYONE, INCLUDING THE Spurs???
