The Thunder have been seriously impressive all season, even when Giddey wasn’t playing so well. He was still contributing, but if he gets form and confidence back he just changes their whole look. Suddenly they get a lot more dangerous on the fast break, they have multiple ways to run their offence so you can’t just shut down SGA and perhaps most importantly he’s their best defensive rebounder. I still think an experienced power forward would make them more complete but the longer the season goes on, the more real a threat OKC look.
The sheer mental strength of this kid to play at this level while suffering the abuse he is getting 24/7 is nothing short of astounding
Early season drama aside it now look like Giddey has found his rythm and is playing well
