@Atlanta Hawks

[Chris Haynes] “Atlanta is not operating as if Murray has to be dealt by the deadline. They have made it known in league circles that they’re more than comfortable keeping him in the fold and revisiting his future in the offseason.”

    This has the John Collins saga written all over it…happy to keep you while being in a million trade rumors

  2. This is cap. DJ has a 15% trade kicker tied to his new contract.

    No way this is going past the deadline.

    This saga is just like DJM playing. A few minutes of hope while he’s on fire, and then then remembering the sad reality when he takes the worst shots imaginable during the 4th quarter in a close game.

    The Hawks are doing the John Collins saga again. They’ll overvalue a guy until we have to trade him for peanuts.

  5. GM speaks obviously, for leverage reasons. But this deadline would be the best time to trade him when we look back at it in retrospect, that trade kicker is gonna be a pain in the ass.

    DJM should force his way out if they try and keep him – this backcourt is not working and i don’t think hes satisfied playing offball in synder’s system
