Warriors/Bulls Postgame, Klay, Kuminga, Saric, Coach Kerr Reactions | Jan 12, 2024

So you had less time than usual for your halftime speech what did you say that that woke them up or what did somebody say that woke them uh yeah I mean it was really um the the you know the talk at halftime was just stay with it like they

I think they had made 13 threes in the first half yeah and um I didn’t feel like we were um playing you know terribly bad defense it just they were uh we they didn’t feel enough you know they we we had to get more physical and

More into the ball we did that in the third quarter I thought wigs was great um we played a fantastic game but he you know he pressured uh um Kobe white um to start that third quarter and I think we were just a little more physical and um

You know we got a got into a good Groove and had a great third quarter and that obviously set the game up for us you played some Zone more in the third quarter what what did that do why did that work uh yeah we mixed it up we

Played a few different um zones and and just tried to take them out of their offensive Rhythm they were you know they scored 75 points in the first half so we had to try something and you know a little boxing one a little um you know

32 just try to I mean that’s kind of what you have to do in the NBA these days I mean it’s so hard to guard everybody shoots threes um the slightest bit of contact and it’s two free throws and so it’s almost like college now in

Some ways where you try to mix and match defenses and keep teams off balance a little bit cuz it’s virtually impossible to you know to to to to defend at a high level it’s just um the way the game is set up U speaking of Wiggins uh you said

A while back that you were hesitant to go back to the Wiggins kuminga pairing you Clos with them today what what did you like about what PE off for them uh well I think um putting them with Dario um helped spread the floor um and I

Thought both um JK and wigs were were just playing uh such great games that um you got to throw them out there they’re you know two of our best players tonight and uh I thought JK it was it was maybe the best game he’s played not

Just because he made four threes but his Spirit his energy um he just he seemed right he seemed comfortable um the whole group the whole team was just committed to um you know let’s go out and win and and um very very proud of them you know

They’ve taken a lot of heat we’ve all taken a lot of heat you know this past week deservedly so but this is what you do um as a pro um a lot of these guys are champions um you got to respond and they did tonight how much of that energy

And commitment is connected to the way of last week I mean from the fourth quarter of Denver through the Deep Piston game in the last two games been about as bad a stretch as you’ve had all year it yeah it was the worst stretch these last three games the Detroit game

We didn’t play well either but I think uh we um we got off track emotionally spiritually the last couple games our fans could feel it um we got booed for the first time since I’ve been here in 10 years um and as I said both kns we

Deserved it because our our energy and our competitive Spirit was not there and we we found that again tonight what you think of what Clay did Clay was brilliant I mean he you know set the tone hitting those two threes to start the third quarter and they took the

Immediate time out and more importantly um all of the assists he had six of them he kept finding trace on the Dives to the rim because they were you know coming out to cover clay cuz he was hot and when he keeps it simple like that

And just shoots when he’s open and keeps moving the ball um you know he’s that’s when he’s at his best and we had five turnovers for the game I mean that’s um Raymond just said low low in franchise history um kind of crazy um 39 assist five turnovers and it’s still a game

Down the stretch but like I said this is this the NBA you know everybody’s scoring um if one team you saw it last night one team makes threes the other team doesn’t somebody loses by 50 both teams make everything it’s 140 to you know 131 like tonight it’s a different

League and we’re all adapting to that Jerry br’s name got booed at halftime during the ceremonies just what was your reaction I I didn’t hear it I was in the locker room but somebody just told me about it and it’s shameful it’s absolutely shameful um I cannot believe

Um I’m devastated for thma and for uh The Krauss family what what can we possibly be thinking um I cannot believe um that the fans and you you have to understand when you hear boo it’s not all of them right so the fans who booed um they know who

They are and that’s um to me it’s it’s absolutely shameful and I I’m I’m devastated by that um because it’s just what what are we doing you know whether whether you know people liked Jerry or not whether they disagreed with the decision to you know to move on from the

Whatever the I mean like we’re here to celebrate um that team Jerry did an amazing job building that team um tonight was and last night was all about the joy and the uh the love that that team shared with the city and I’m so disappointed in the fans and

I want to be specific because there were lots of fans I’m sure who did not boo but those who booed um they should be ashamed just what’ you think of the halftime ceremony and the Ring of Honor I was only out there for for the last

Few minutes cuz I was in um you know in the locker room with my team and and um so I just the whole couple of days um it was special to be with the whole group uh to see everybody family members uh kids seeing kids all grown up um you

Know that was a long time ago but it was a really special era and I i’ I’m lucky to be a part of it and lucky to have played in Chicago this is an amazing City and a great place to play and um um I’m I’m thrilled to have been honored

With the group you know these last couple days Steve the other day you said it was sort of an unfair burden on step the way things have been going he had struggled obviously shooting for a few games again in the first half and then abruptly sort of comes to life yeah I’m

I’m curious if you can sort of speak to the burden he feels when the team’s struggling and how does he turn that around as quickly as he did uh yeah I mean I think one of Steph’s superpowers is in the middle of a an off night um

You know he can just ignite so quickly and that takes the deepest level of confidence uh that that’s possible and that’s what he has so um you know he took over kind of mid fourth you know during that my cold night and but it’s who he is it’s what makes him special thank

You Mario can you um how would you sort of convey what halftime was like I mean Steve was saying he didn’t think you guys had played that badly on defense and yet the Bulls had 75 points and that’s obviously been an issue the last few games how did you guys FP that yeah

Kind of talk about it but I think we kind of overh help maybe wanted too much you know after like last two games was like really bad for us we wanted to like really present ourself in a good way sometimes we maybe overreact in some positions and they were scoring so we

Kind of figure out if we are kind of like a little bit closer to them uh you know kind of contest their shots a little bit more we can kind of like come back in the play and uh the best part we didn’t like give up we kind of like keep

Going less you know like every position stock position stock position and on the end uh second unit kind of like give us like in third quarter like a little bit a little lead and uh we finish the game right way you know special step and Clay

Kind of closed the game on the right way and uh you know we did a lot but we didn’t too much for this game so we are on a mission we didn’t understand like we can’t be like kepy on a farm or whatever we need to just

Go every game like playing the same way 100% if we want to come back in play you mentioned you guys feeling the heat from the last week where you had some bad losses and maybe felt the chatter get to you did you feel that heading into this

Game maybe to the second half P like last two games like kind of like taste was a little bit bad you know like we weren’t there we we didn’t compete maybe we compete like player but we didn’t compete like a team and that’s why maybe we kind of like overreact this game in

Helping each other we could stay home in some situation they were looking shots so I mean if you play like this you know if you stack the every position and we play 100 position every every every every every position in every game it’s going to be like good season for us you

Know we can’t just one play play 100% another play 80% okay we get the bucket we going to figure out like we need like being on a mission like every position 100% 100% 100% that’s how we’re going to come back was there any conversation among the players whether halftime or on

The flight yesterday to kind of get yeah it’s always conversation we always kind of like trying to figure out and that kind of stuff yes but if you don’t play 100% like you can’t figure out you know so the last two games were really like

Warning alarm for us and we kind of like react on the best way but you know we need to play like every game now 100% because we don’t have like it’s like every game like a final for us you know we need to like push push push

If we want to be good when good when it matters how much did you sort of beyond the effort how much did you need the result yeah we need a result obviously you know not just effort like we need we need like good score we need a win

Tonight you know obviously we need to somehow find the wins on this road and uh the only way it’s playing 100% there’s no guarantee we going to win but like if you play 100% we one step closer than playing 85% and kind of figuring out I guess what I’m asking is did it

Feel like you need you know for mid January it feel like a more important more urgent game than usual yes yes yes yes of course of course because in situation we are like we didn’t expect that you know when we started season we kind of have like good

Team long bench all guys can play and we didn’t expect we going to be in this position obviously some injuries happen we couldn’t get like real Rhythm but you know we need kind of focus we are on mission right now it’s not like we could get like CAU and sleeping

Great what felt different than second half uh just the energy uh g a couple steps uh I think we limit them from shooting more threes like they did in the first half cuz they couldn’t miss in the first half but in the second half I think we’re just that mentality to come out

There and get a couple steps youve said that you guys have sort of been feeling the heat the last week especially after the last few bad losses what has it been like for you guys to sort of uh group get together and and change the tenor or

The way that you guys have I mean it was just uh definitely just an if I mean we have talk about everything you know when you lose you talk about everything to a point where you you don’t even know what to say anymore and the only last thing

You got to do is just go out there and battle and win so obviously we haven’t been winning like we usually do and that gets all and it get to a point where everybody just say whatever it is just let’s go out and play just enjoy and just start

Stacking up uh games after games and winning what does the emphasis have to be ex me for you guys to continue to improve your defense and just get back on track I mean I just uh it just more about communication um just communication on defense uh that’s what

We need from pretty much everybody else you know as long as we communicate everything’s going to be easier how different I mean you’ve been starting a lot recently how differently different was it coming off the bench and you obviously were very productive me I’ve been I’ve been coming off the bench

Since I’ve been here so that don’t affect me at all I mean I stay professional as long as I go out there and just like I always say just go out there and help my team win uh just enjoying being with this uh group of guys every other day me it don’t matter

Even if I play less minute and I know that I helped them winning or just going out there enjoying and we win that’s all that matters I mean coming off the bench maybe it was a great decision from coach uh but I can’t question that cuz you know weever go out

There and play and help us win that’s all that matters you’re at minutes with with Andrew Wiggins hasn’t and previous games haven’t been great uh this game seemed like you guys it was working out pretty well and you’ve said that you want to play with him and see how it

Goes what what what do you like about sharing the court with with Wiggins I mean like I said just enough uh I love sharing car rigs cuz we both play defense uh we both go out there and guard the best players and it’s just more of as getting to know each other

Better not off the court cuz we really know each other more than anybody else but just on the court we haven’t got chances to actually play together a certain amount of time or even in practice like we don’t usually like be on the same team so it’s

Tough for us to like just throw throw us out there and battle and just trying to figure it out cuz once we miss that one or two times you know the coaches won’t let that happen they’re going to try to figure out something that will help us

Win uh but obviously as we talk every other day uh as we watch film and just trying to figure out to get better together man it’s going to help us throughout the uh the season cool thank you what do you think changed from the first half to second to the second half defensively

Guys um I thought we guarded the three-point line better I think in the first half we overh helped and that led to them shooting a really high rate from three so I thought we just uh got to the three-point line much better Dario s sort of suggested the

Overh helping and just the the energy was connected to the way you guys lost the last couple games that was just a an urgency desper whatever word you want to you how much do you feel like tonight’s effort and performance is connected to the not just losing but the way you lost

Well it was embarrassing uh anytime you lose by 40 is very humbling so uh we know we had have a little mountain to climb ahead of us and this was a game we felt like we had to win especially come with with the upcoming road trip and uh I’m just

Really proud of everyone who played tonight uh like you said the connectivity amongst the guys was probably the highest it’s been all season and we’re going to look to continue that trend for uh the rest of the season because when our Spirits right uh things tend to go

Away how much do you like playing shooting in this building obviously has some very good memories here in particular 2019 um I was it 2018er yes sir so uh hopefully I can break that record one day but just enjoy playing in Chicago I mean it was

Really cool to be in the same building as the 96 team seeing all those guys at halftime was special and to see them still uh together after all these years it’s really cool and that’s a bond we look forward to having it down the line as well after the last two games

Something that was set a lot was saying is we’re one of the quietest teams on the court right now how big of an emphasis was it to really make sure communication was there it was uh probably the biggest talking point pregame was just being loud and playing for one another and

Uh just getting our spirit right and I thought we did that tonight and uh like I said before when our spirit is connected amongst the group and we’re playing for one another uh we’re gonna unlock our full potential you us that word Spirit a few times how does that disappear for a

Couple years that just because it’s a long season do you think I think it’s a long season I think guys are really competitive and they want to be play their best and uh I’m a culprit of that when I don’t feel like I play to my

Standards I can hang my head I can pout but I think uh as the year has turned to 2024 I’ve been doing a much better job and so is everyone on the squad even though we had a couple bad losss at home I think uh yeah spirit’s everything when

You compete U you want to let go and just flow really when your spoke with us a couple days ago he said that the green light for getting back on on the court isn’t just going to come from trainers but it’s going to come from coaches and

Teammates as well so how much how ready are you to have him out there and where do you feel like he’s going to have the most immediate impact I can’t wait till draymond’s back and uh we’re not the Warriors without him um hopefully within these next couple

Games maybe Memphis or Utah would be really great and uh I think he makes the biggest impact defensively and even offensively his ability to push the ball especially on The Fast Break he’s such a unique player I mean we uh we love Draymond and we just

Can’t wait for him to get back in the lineup did Draymond or any other player say anything at halftime last few minutes obviously Steve was out on the court for the ceremony yeah honestly I don’t remember saying any I don’t remember saying see anybody saying anything really that

Nice yeah he’s good at uh he’s a great motivational speaker so it’s not a too farfetch for you to think that you really love that just little like high dump pass to trace when he’s down low is there something in particular about why you like to go do that pass to him

Specifically so much or is it like more effective you feel I think Trace is so athletic he’s one of the most athletic players on our team obviously maybe in the NBA and uh anytime he gets me open and his uh Defender helps he’s got great hands for

A big man and I just look for him on the rooll it’s it’s a simple draw to hit the big man at halftime the warriors were down 13 after giving up another 70 point first half the fourth time in the last five games however they score 48 points

In the third quarter most points they scored the quarter since the last regular season game a season ago in Portland when they dropped 55 Klay Thompson went crazy at 28 point turn round and of course they hung off for dear life to get a road win for the

First time in over a month and they start off the road trip on the right foot here beating the Bulls by nine and a drop 140 on them we’re going to talk all about it here on Toyota Warriors postgame live with a couple NBA champs

That’s is ail and derell right I am Bon Hill and the Warriors showing a lot of Pride there in the third quarter to get back into this basketball game yes third we saw that old school third quarter Warriors flurry they came out with a lot of energy 48 points in that third

Quarter that’s what we’ve been looking for from the Golden State Warriors these last few games oh my goodness the third quarter bounceback game for the Golden State Warriors after a really hard second quarter 45 points to the to the Chicago Bulls today Klay Thompson and Steph Curry did a great job of drawing

Double teams really taking advantage of that hitting the open guys and Klay Thompson big game for him here something about the United Center something about United Center and Klay Thompson that was really huge tonight for also don’t forget about Andrew Wiggins and Jonathan Kam they contributed John the kig missed

A shot deep in the third quarter he responded well to coming off the bench but let’s go back to United Center and talk to Klay Thompson who had 17 points in that pivotal third quarter he finished with 30 points six rebounds and six assists and Klay welcome to Toyota

Warriors postgame live on this panel we want to know what was said at halftime after you guys gave up 70 again for the third straight game in the first half oh man wait a bring up the bad news first but uh bad news first clay good news

Last two those last two games we just felt like they were anomalies of a season that we’ve been fighting so hard so many close battles lost and we weren’t discouraged we know that it’s a long season with EDS and flow so although we got beat by probably

Combined a 100 we responded like we are like we did and uh we miss him a lot obviously but uh I mean just the allaround effort tonight we uh came out in that third with just that uh toughness that we’ve always had as far as not relenting you know with a double

Digit point lead play what’s up man it’s D right man congrats on the win Big Time game from you 17 third quarter points what was your mindset coming out in that halftime cuz you really set the tone for this team just try and get good looks

Uh they uh play a big man all the time so whenever you see a big Center out there it’s nice to get a screen from your Center and usually we get a clean look from if we don’t have one we just hit that pocket pass to trace or Lon

Dario and they make good decisions so for us it was just about not um getting discouraged CU we gave up 75 points I thought we competed well they just were hitting shots at such a high rate that we knew they would cool off eventually KT f is here JK had 24 points Andrew

Wiggins followed up with 17 a lot of conversations about both of those guys playing together if they’re firing at at the same time like they did tonight how dangerous can this team be I mean you know best can be a championship team obviously we can’t claim that right now being sub 500 but

We know when we get whole and we got to hold down the four while some of our best players are out we can be as good as anybody we’ve beat the best teams League we’ve competed with uh teams down thewire so we understand that um it’s

Not going to be easy this year it’s not going to be easy regular season we have to fight for wins every night but we know it’s Sky limit for a team like this uh we just got to keep going we can’t be discouraged cuz our record we think

We’re better than that we just got to keep uh staying positive and you know playing for one another no doubt Klay thompon you TI seeson high with 30 points six rebounds six assists congratulations I know you guys have a quick turn around the Milwaukee tomorrow night we’ll see you tomorrow against the

Bucks congrats Klay on a great game sounds good thanks fell absolutely Klay Thompson with a phenomenal performance 17 in that third quarter when the Warriors give it up 75 in that first half and that’s something we seen the last three games but they bounced back and dropped 48 on the Chicago first of

All you got to get stops on one end and then you got to run and transition they the just the whole Pace the tempo of the game was dictated by The Warriors they they rebounding they were getting out to the three-point line and then whenever Steph and Clay were double teamed they

Would create shots for other guys and so the defense couldn’t leave guys because you had kabon Looney tjd getting wide open dunks at The Rim I love the aggressiveness of Jonathan kaminga when he came in the game when all these other pieces are being aggressive and making points and making shots then Stephen

Klay can go to work and do the things that they do so just a combined effort from the whole team tonight and that was a beautiful third quarter just shows that the Warriors can bounce back from tough halves yeah the Warriors bounced back in the third quarter I scored the

Blls by 28 points but you just knew if you followed the Warriors throughout this season you knew something was going to happen in the fourth quarter and it got harried down his stretch but the Warriors made huge shots usually we see a lot of Steph Curry closing out but it

Was Klay Thompson Steph Curry taking turns closing that game out like I said the bench did a great job when they came in the game changing the tempo whenever they did that they give Stephen Clay a chance to to to Really recalibrate Steph Curry comes off a screen you have two

Guys guarding him normally in the last couple games he’s either had to force up a tough shot or it’s been a turnover taking care of the ball was huge tonight for the Golden State Warriors they had 39 assists because they took care of the ball got it to exactly where he needed

To be out of the double team and guys were aggressive Kavon Looney was aggressive JK was aggressive Dario SAR started off the game being aggressive off the off from one of the support guys and so this Warriors team when they play like that that’s the Warriors brand of basketball which is team ball

Offensively and defensively well I think what dub Nation loves to see tonight is The Rebirth of Andrew Wiggins we conic his struggles over the last three games four of 19 just 11 points now he had 17 points but eight assists makes up for take it and then JK has 24 points this

Is what you get from your power forward position and your small forward position and is really important for this Golden State Warriors team because when you have both those guys playing like they do and they’re being aggressive then they can play together what happens when they play together you have two guards

Who are 67 68 that can defend switch from point guard to the fourman Kobe white was shut down in the in their third quarter because you have both those guys in the game at the same time the Warriors went to Zone try to find different ways to stop the stop the the

Run from the Chicago Bulls and I love the fact that both those guys came in the game were being aggressive it really let let things loosen up for Steph Curry and Clay Thompson Cur as you mentioned he played both those guys after after a game which he said yeah I don’t know if

We’re going to do that too much moving forward here but wi and JK play together they play well speaking to JK he didn’t miss a shot until there was 207 left in the third quarter John the kaminga tonight was special he just shows you why he is the guy that they drafted at

The seventh pick he offensively he was incredible the pace of the game was different when he was in there his athleticism is something that gives the Warriors an advantage it doesn’t matter if you come off the bench or not for him he was able to make an impact in the

Game so much so that he was there at the end so that’s really what matters making an impact no no matter where they put you in the floor Steve CER went to his traditional lineup with Andrew Wiggins there at the starting lineup because he felt like Andrew Wiggins with Dario sge

Could make an impact especially with the bigs they have over there rebounding and everything Jonathan kaminga came in the game he was rebounding he was running the floor he was finishing and with all those he’s was he was able to stay in the game the whole time I love the

Bottom right here just play with pride in the first half we didn’t see a lot of Pride now Klay Thompson did Mission hey we were trying to play defense we’re competing they were just hitting big time shots well the responded in the third quarter and we saw a lot of Pride

And effort D rozan look he got his he’s a bucket getter he’s one of the best scorers in this league 15 to 21 39 points so we got to every one of those spots but the Warriors do come out with the win how about this fellas the Warriors only committed five turnovers

Tonight Ty game franchise record forus in a game for the fifth time since turnovers were first tracked back in 19771 so they took care of the basketball that’s been a big thing for the go to State Warriors all season long yeah when you take care of the basketball it gives you more

Opportunities to you know make shots and get to the basket so that’s that’s that’s something good that they can build on 39 assists that’s perfect that’s a great win right there if you take care of the basketball more chances to score yes in addition to that that

Also showed the focus that they they came into this game with the warriors were very very intent on making sure they made the Chicago Bulls defense pay and the best way to do that is not giving them the ball also that’s a 28th I think the the Chicago a 28th in the

NBA and scoring you don’t want to give them extra possessions after a game like this where they had 70 points in the first half so they did a great job in the second half taking care of the ball they did a great job getting to where he

Needed to be and they they were able to have 39 assists and five turnovers that’s huge for the Warriors to continue taking care of the ball should be the emphasis for the rest of this road trip no turnovers in the fourth quarter in money time yeah that’s big time there

All right let’s revisit halftime here where the Bulls had their inaugural Ring of Honor they were honoring Steve Kern and 9596 team hey maybe the key to the warrior success was Steve C just left the locker room ear say hey you guys figure it out we go out there celebrate my former teammates

  1. Better.
Just use Dario more in the post.
Use him 100% of the time when he has a smaller guard on him. Today was not the case.
    Good things happen.

  2. This dipchit Kerr finally figured out to start Saric and go big. The Bulls were poised to blow the doors off this game too but Dario + the Refs kept the Warriors in it early.
I can't stand this team but the Wiggins + Dario + Looney line up was so obvious, watching this moron fumble around and start a rookie to take the pressure off Steph was embarrassing for every one involved.

  3. Its just one win against a weak team. Tomorrow Bucks will put them in the waste basket again. THIS TEAM IS HOPELESS. THEY ARE OLD, EXPENSIVE, PREDICTABLE AND GUARDABLE. THEY NEED TO INITIATE MULTIPLE TRADES TO TURN THIS SEASON AROUND…TRADE WIGGINS DRAYMOND KLAY AND LOONEY….KEEP THE YOUNG DUDES. MAYBE TRADE INJURY PRONE GP2 AND CP3 AS WELL. SC30 NEEDS YOUNG DUDES NOT OLD DUDES ..GET A NEW COACH…MAYBE GET DOC RIVERS….IF YOU DONT DO THIS…JUST BOK YOUR SUMMER TICKETS TO CANCUN NOW, BECAUSE THE WAY YOU ARE GOIN, IT SEEMS THATS THE PLACE YOU ARE HEADIN SOON!!!!

  4. Great win! Strength in Numbers! Our goals remain the same! Make the playoffs! Win the NBA Finals Championship 2023 -2024 ! Glory be to God!!!

  5. A wins a win lately klay and kuminga are the only ones scoring efficiently but overall it was just a terrible defensive game for both teams. Warriors out rebounding them won it

  6. It's like the Warriors suddenly remember they were the reigning champs. Things were flowing the way they were supposed to and it almost felt like the same cocky team.

  7. Oh boy here comes the win so does the lost we will see if steve kerr is right on what hes saying about the team, next game.

  8. im not a fan of Jerry Krause, but booing him is extremly disrepectful. Hate him or love him he helped build that bulls dynasty. Give respect where respect is due.

  9. Being from Chicago and prime Bulls with MJ, Krause is booed because of his history in the city as a man who put himself at the front of the Line when it comes to credit for championships instead of players performance on the court. Trust me this isn’t the first time he’s been booed.

  10. I would of asked Klay hey the fans said you were awesome today, your played excellent, you had 30 points, you played lock down defense, your assist were great and you broke the 3 point record again and they also said you were the best player on the floor today? I’m curious if Klay would say “who cares, am I supposed to loose any sleep over it?” Of course he not going to say that.

  11. Someone asked me based on the stats and what I’m seeing with my own eyes forgetting the stats sheets but wt I see with my own eyes wt can Warriors do to increase there standing and at least be competitive until they make trades before the deadline and truth is be physical on defense. Over the last 14 looses they played not horrible defense but soft defense, they just were to soft. This is a Man sport you can’t play soft defense like they played defense like girls. Let’s look at each players grit. Steph Curry is a great Superstar butttt it’s apparent he was raised a gentleman but he takes more of the female passive side of the grit. Klay Thompson also a Star takes not so much a females passive side like Steph but he’s more passive then grit, he’s soft also. Wiggins also is outright soft. Kumminga is also outright soft. Looney is also soft and slow. So is Trace Jackson and Moody. That’s this teams problem, to many soft players on one team. Draymond is the only person who has grit and doesn’t play passive. When I say passive I’m speaking takes more of an aggression stance when being challenged. Steph, Klay, Minga, Wiggs, Trace, Looney and Caric take the softer road vs the agressive road. If a fight breaks out those players wants no part they are not built to fight. Thats the issue its to much female tendencies. They need to be a Man and be aggressive. Maybe bring someone on to help the team more aggressive than passion. Teach them how to make problems and not apologize when it happens. They honestly can just hire me but they won’t. I’m not sure if any of these players outside Draymond Green knows how to start a fight.

  12. Both Klay and Wiggins are becoming better passers. Besides spacing and passing, the choice to NOT shoot by these two players when there is a better option is a lot. The stats speak that. Klay’s assists used to hardly ever be 2. He’s finding better open people now when he’s smothered and not taking the tough shots.

  13. It was good to see klay have a great game, especially in the 3rd quarter, then Curry getting down in the 4th quarter. The SPLASHBROTHERS In Action.

  14. Great game guys! Kuminga, Klay, and Saric said what's needed. Everybody contributed their strengths(i.e. Podz bringing the ball up quickly.) BTW, It was brilliant getting Cory Joseph this off-season, as it has turned out to be needed now. It's accidentally lucky(my luck is accidental too.) that Kuminga is not affected by when he's called upon. It's important to have a positive attitude. I like Klay's after he talked to Steve. People are going to kill me for this, but if you pay attention closely, I think some of the moves in the lineup have been brilliant. You might not realize that. I suspect the old cut down the lineup for the playoffs might not be the correct thing starting this season. I thought the use of our bigs this game was great. Remember, almost every team gets up for us, and they tell each other secrets to beat us. Also, the best team in basketball(i.e. supposedly the Celtics) just lost by almost 40 points yesterday. It's nice to see Steph doing his thing. He should enjoy himself playing basketball. I like this team. FYI, the Pelicans, who blew us out, got blown out in their next game. It's a weird season-a changing of how things were. We could try to resist that, but I think our coaches might be ahead of everyone else on this.
