too bad the boomer coach won’t play him. trade Kerr instead
cali4481
kuminga must’ve kicked kerr’s dog or something
no reason why kuminga shouldn’t have been on the court for the entire 4th but just put this game on the long list of reasons on why kuminga probably wants to get traded away from this franchise
Andohy
Clearly one of their top 3 best players. He is 21 years of age. Still got a lot of growing to do. Great size. Great athlete. Wants to play. I can’t say the same about Wiggins.
Balls_of_Adamanthium
I’d request a trade if I were him.
Witty-C
Yet Kerr clearly hates him, makes not sense to bench him when he was clearly performing better than Wiggins
broadjoe1
Not if he has to say anything about it

30 minutes tonight
Would it kill Kerr to just play him 34 minutes consistently like every other coach in the NBA would
InfamousAd1245
Awesome substitute Kerr. Kuminga out for Looney. Game over.
Robotsaur
I’m trading him for Siakam

Might be unpopular but we trade Step/Klay/Dray AND Kerr to the Lakers for LeBron. By way of LeBron, we get Bronny James. Then we send Kuminga, Wiggins and Moody to the Bulls for Lonzo Ball. It’d to take about a year maybe 6 or 10 years whatever but we’ll be back in it. LeBron can retire as a player during that time and take position as head coach and coach his son. We’ll also have LeVar Ball in the stands every game too.

Game high points on great efficiency. He’s just too valuable to the team’s future to be traded, surely. This good at 21?
toothbrush81
Took some leadership control tonight. That was good to see.
zulwarn88
This dude gonna be gone.

The biggest thing I see is that the team is playing WAY better, more loose, more free and with more joy when there’s an 8-9 man rotation that knows its role.
We have too many players who are capable of getting minutes and expect/want minutes and not enough separation between them.
The team genuinely looks so close to putting it together but decisions need to be made to consolidate some of these position battles.
gandhi890
#FREEJK at this point. Seems like the coach still wants him to prove something. Stubborn ass keeps on putting in non-impact vets
Vallerie_09
Most valuable trade chip for us
AmphibianThick7925
If we want any actual good player we’ll have to trade someone we don’t want to. You can’t just trade the ghost of Wiggins for anyone that would actually make an impact.
Sikdawg0
I watched a lot of this guy tonight and he seems like he can be really good. Has he been injured a lot? Why does he seem to miss so many games/play such limited minutes usually?
Dar8_Vader
Hell nah. He’s my favt player now. I’m jumping ships if he ever leaves us.
PlzTellMyWiFiLoveHer
I am for Lauri
ryeryebread
Nice offensive game but I swear he has the tools to be a great defender

Incoming thread showing clips of all his defensive mistakes from this game when?

Better not!!! We need tha Congo beast!!!

We are so screwed this year. Having to suddenly shed our faith in our proven vets to rely on younger raw talent. This is a new scenario in GS. Aside from Steph, it’s like each position is being fought for, but there’s not been enough consistency from anybody (including Kerr) to solidify a lineup, so now we’re not only toying with season, but toying with budding careers because we can’t figure out who we are.
I don’t know if a big trade changes anything either. I think we have all the talent we need on the team rn, watching the games you can see all the flashes of who we can be, playing toe to toe with the top teams and keeping most games close, but when it doesn’t result in wins.. I’d imagine everyone including fans start losing a bit of hope.

You might be trading this kid though.
ziggy_zigfried
He gone!
BlueberryOGSuperGlue
Should be getting the 35+ min a night treatment. He would continue to improve while also eating on both ends for us
JJBAYEG
Kuminga made the 3rd year leap he was supposed to, yet all the vets regressed lol
FoulPelican
I don’t disagree.
But he’s the only asset anyone’s interested in, that will bring an impact player in.
Hhubs09
I still don’t understand how Wiggins gets more minutes than JK, makes no sense.
MysteriousMoose
29 minutes in a scheduled loss game with curry not even playing … after he literally complained about not getting minutes. Kerr is a joke
zer01zer08
Took him out at 4:30 when he just put up 11 in 7 minutes. Kept Saric in who was getting grilled AAAAAAANNNNND just threw the ball to the bucks on BACK TO FUCKING BACK plays. But JK out the game for Looney. MAKE IT MAKE SENSEEE
