Assuming it’d look like one of dlo/reaves, Rui and Vincent.
One of dlo/reaves, Murray, lebron, AD and one of Prince/capela is one hell of a lineup.
Flank with cam, max, vando, wood. Lacking a great deal of shooting, but I don’t hate it.
Capela is so washed it’s insane. And $20m per year for him? Hell no.
So dlo and rui
are we seriously that insane we wouldn’t want dlo-murray-lebron-ad-capela?

I wouldn’t do DLo Rui and likely our 2029 pick for those two. Capela doesn’t help us much. He’s not the player he was on the rockets and we lose a ton of shooting too which we cannot afford to

I’d send Reaves to Atlanta, but I want Trae not Murray for him.

I am in complete agreement with this why the hell do we give up potentially Reaves and Rui for Murray and Capela? I like Murray but I am not willing to put Reaves if the hawks are adamant Capela has to be included. We can literally sign Bismack Biyambo rn for the minimum he provides much of the same thing as Capela but 10 times cheaper. So def no to this trade.
Capela would get played out the playoffs and makes wayyyyy too much money
Make it Murray, Capela and Bogdan and you can take whoever you want on the roster minus Bron/AD and fuck them picks too.
Replace Capela with Bogdan and I’d drive Reaves to the airport.
Reaves this season is a slightly worse Bogdan anyway.
I’d do it. Capela gives us a legit rim protector and Murray would give us defense in the backcourt.

Why do they want Reaves so much? One of the reason why the Hawks traded for Murray was to improve their defense and now they want to pair Trae with Reaves?
This is just the start of negotiations so of course Atlanta are going to come in hot. Reaves should not be untouchable to make Murray happen, but hell no for Capela

Reaves is decent no doubt but overly make him “untouchable”. Its like a young Channing Frye when the Knicks deemed him untouchable lol.

Capela would fill a need for a big but I’d rather try and get Bogdan. We need more shooting and production from the backcourt imo
I’m hesitant to trade a 6’8 wing with Rui’s offensive skillset unless I’m getting another wing back with talent. Cappella is cool but I don’t know about this trade. Just try to get Murray for Dlo and picks and go from there.
Capela at 20 million would be terrible. Lakers only need Murray, trade Reaves and Vincent for him
Capela for me is the same thing as Zach Lavine. If it’s not him of 2-3 seasons ago, pass.
I really want to know who you guys think Dejounte Murray is. Like a lot of these takes dont make any sense if you spend more than 10 minutes watching him play or even 10 minutes looking into his stats
Good. AR should be untouchable. Having either of those 2 Hawks players won’t move the needle, I guarantee you that.

My ideal would be Reaves and Rui for Murray and Bogdan. Our offense could be turbocharged and we still keep pieces key for our defense.
I think some Lakers fans need to realize that keeping Reaves is as much of a risk as trading him. He’s on a good contract so he’ll never become a “toxic” asset, but it’s possible that we look back on last summer as the absolute peak of his value.
Lakers should trade Dlo and Reaves for Murray and Capela. I really like Reaves and his favorable contract, but you got to give up something to get something.
That’s a virtually a steal for us. Clint Capela is a huge one. He may not be doing well in Hawks, but styles makes fight, in Lakers he’s got AD and Lebron to feed and roll with him, his job is a little easier here. You have to try him. He is the guy AD needed the most and this team needed the most. Clint Capela alone may change the trajectory of this team.
