The fact that you can see Mikal mouth “no timeout??” After herro grabbed the rebound shows that JV has lost the locker room imo. If you’re not gonna use the timeout at least challenge the play

JV makes brainless, indefensible “decisions” nearly every chance he gets. He’s actively killing players’ trade values and their development. If Marks is the one keeping him on, they both need to go.

I’m sure JV is a great dude and I’ve always liked him as a coach, but tonight was a masterclass in how NOT to coach, the no challenge at the end followed by the no timeout is inexcusable.
I think changes need to be made.
Jv keeps trying to outsmart everyone by thinking he’s one step ahead, but instead, all he does is take chances doing inexcusable things, and they just backfire.
Vaughn didn’t challenge that clean DJS swipe on Butler THEN proceeds to NOT call a timeout.
