Interesting article. Mentions that the Blazers are telling teams they won’t part with him easily. Also, some front offices are wondering if he could be the final piece to a contender the way Aaron Gordon was in Denver. Seems like if he gets traded it’ll only be for something very good. A Brogdon trade is more likely, but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone ponied up for Jerami.

Yes please
We’ve got Grant locked up for 5 years, let’s just keep him for a couple more years and see how it goes. This team doesn’t need to get any worse…
Genuine question as an ignorant here, what could we expect from Dallas? Worth it?
They have nothing to give 😂😂
This isn’t complicated. You listen to offers and evaluate them. Grant is a good player and if he stays trough the season that is fine. But if you can find an overpay or the right package, you take it. If it doesn’t materialize then he gets moved in the summer or during next years deadline. He isn’t going to be a key piece for us going forward but he is a valuable asset that we should maximize. All you can do is listen to the offers and attempt to extract maximum value. We are two to three years from being a playoff team. Let’s acquire as many assets as possible ala OKC
Nothing worth it from Dallas.
THJ and either Grant Williams, Maxi, or Holmes is a *garbage* return.
We should say no to whatever they offer us unless Lively is coming.
I think Sacramento can put a better package together.
The only way I can see us doing a deal with the mavericks is through a multi team deal. But I have no idea what that would look like.
I love the part about Atlanta wanting two 1sts and an expiring in return. Obviously, they don’t want Murray at all, but holy hell, by asking for all that, they are essentially saying we overvalue a guy we don’t want. I do like that the article says they are not shopping Grant, which means they are, but aren’t coming across as desperate to push his value higher.
I know this goes against the rumors, but I feel like Grant, Thybulle and possibly Robert Williams III are the most likely to be traded, Brogdon last of the group. But it’s really hard to tell. We re-signed Grant when we thought we wouldn’t. He seems to LOVE Chauncey as well. But Brogdon has expressed this is where he wants to be and seems to be enjoying his role as a mentor. I don’t get any sense he’d like to go play for a contender.
Sounds like Dallas wants every player in the league, but they don’t have anything to trade.
Remember when we wouldn’t trade CJ for Gordon 😳
They already gave everyone to BKN
Best chance is they find a third team to trade more picks, they’re usually good at that.
I would take Luka Doncic in exchange for JG. Take it or leave it, Cuban.
Something like Grant Williams, Holmes, O-Max, a first and a swap would be great. Much better than whatever the Kings can give
They literally never would but I would happily send Grant off for Lively
Portland needs JG.
Dallas has nothing of value for the Blazers. Unless they loop a third team or more in, this is useless for the Blazers.
Hopefully its a 3 team trade cause Dallas has nothing I want.
