  1. And Ham told the FO he believes LeBron is fully behind him.

This was Darvin Ham’s latest excuse after losing to the Nets:

    >”The inconsistency showed up, reared its head in the second half. We saw the same people that put together that first half were the same ones that allowed that second half. And we just have to decide which team we’re gonna be.”

Ham back to blaming everyone else but himself. Throwing his players under the bus. Zero accountability. No wonder his players talk nicely about other team’s coaches and not their own.

I feel like Ham doesn’t even want this job anymore lol

He keeps saying “It’s a marathon.” Mother fucker, marathon runners run 6-7 minute miles! We’re now at the half way mark and you’re running 20 minute miles. Throw this Ham in the trash.

He’s defending his starting lineup choice . Then blames the players entirely. What a coach .

  6. I’ve never heard a coach blame his players and not take accountability as much as Ham. That’s a pretty clear indication that he doesn’t know what he’s doing as a leader imho. Any teacher, instructor knows that the best way to teach, is by example.

Sad reality is that Jeanie is still not going to do anything about it.

It’s like noticing a new bug bite, but not doing anything about it, to find and kill THT bug so it doesn’t bite again.

Jeanie‘a just going to scratch that itch and go on about her day hoping she’s not getting another bite from that bug.

Let Ham go and make Handy head coach. That will at least “save” some money. After firing your last head coach in the middle of their contract, why hire someone new for 5 years? Lakers front office is stupid, especially Jeanie. Pelinka isn’t that strategic, but at least he usually can get deals done. Every single issue with this Lakers tenure ends up being Jeanie’s fault.

It sucks to be a fan of this team recently but ngl we’ve added so much drama/entertainment to the league the last 3 years

What’s going to break the camel’s back?? I need to see Ham gone ASAP

Remember how quiet and drama free our off season was? Ha…ha

This isn’t just bad for the team, it’s bad for Ham. If it’s not working out, just rip the bandaid and be done with it. Don’t make everyone passively aggressively criticize him. It would be better for everyone. Accept the loss.

“The same questions will again be asked in the next few weeks as the team decides how much future equity it’ll pour into a team featuring James, a 39-year-old star.”

This is a ridiculous take to even consider after LeBron & AD just dragged a 13th seed 3/4 of the regular season through, to the 7th seed, and then eventually make the WCF (farthest a 7th seed has ever gone).
