Utah Jazz they’ve been one of the hottest teams in the NBA as of recent particularly in the last 13 games the last 13 games they are 11 and2 which is the best record in the NBA over that stretch amazing 11-2 record in the last 13 game and just we off some stats for

Just the last 13 games all these stats I’m saying right now are just in the last 13 games they’re third in points per game averaging 125 points per game uh field percentage their nth they’re shooting 49% on the field other threes have been pretty solid you know the free

Thr though they’re over this 13 game strateg number one in free throws made over 21 a half free throws made per game they also f a free throw attempt and their second and free throw percentage shooting 84% so they’re getting into the free throw line drawing contact you know

Making that happen uh rebounding also really good they’re the second in rebounds they’re averaging a little bit under 48 rebounds per game throughout this stretch they second in defensive rebounds as well and assist they’re tied for third aaging over 30 assists per game and then looking at the offens a

Defensive rating over this last 13 games they are sixth best offense and the seventh best defense top 10 in both offense and defense doing that they’re also fourth in net rating uh they’re third in Pace as well so they’re playing fast they’ve just they’ve been really really good they’ve been really really

Good that this 13 game stretch uh been a lot of confidence you know kind of figuring out lineups and rotations that work I feel like they’re again shooting the Nets off the rim feels like every game they’re having like a 14 15 three hitting game they’re getting to line

Getting easy buckets as well and they’re doing it defensively as well not just you know shoot out shooting te on offense but also defensively to really locking in and do thing um so yeah this 13 game have been great but overall the entirety of the season now they are 21-

20 currently on a five game win streo which is longest in the NBA right now and they’re over 500 for the first time this season the F for the first time in the entirey of the year they’re over 500 comes in January uh the closest they got

They were one in one that’s it that’s the closest they got to 500 ever since then theyve not been 500 at one point they were 4 and 11 on the season seven and six on December 11th they were s and 16 and now they’re 21 and 20 again they

Won 11 and two in their last next 13 games over 500 theyve won five games in a row over those five wins it’s not they’ve been beating Detroit and Charlotte like they’ve been beating teams those last five games they beat Philadelphia and Philly no drilling be

But still then they beat mil the Bucks in Milwaukee they were up by 30 at one point at halftime then they beat the Denver Nuggets on ESPN they beat the Raptors by putting up 145 on them and then last night they beat the Lakers without LeBron but still they beat a competent

Lakor team so yeah it’s not like they’ve been just going against the bottom of the league and feasting on them they’ve been going against actual like actual teams and beating them you know overall through the entirey of the year now these stats uh they’re 11th and points

Per game uh just outside top just behind the Warriors actually are tied with the Pelicans when it comes to points per game field goal made and percent attempts actually seventh to field goal attempts field goal percentage they’re kind of a little bit lower to the year because now these stats are kind of

Going to be looked a little bit more less because you have to count the entirety of the year but still uh three-pointers they’re T and three-pointers made nine and three-pointer attempts the percentage is not great um and the entire of the year but as recently it’s been really good

Just comes with you know not having a really true point guard and their point guard right now konay George you know is a rookie so he’s going to make mistakes uh entirey on the year they have the 18th best offense which is Jackie jumped and then 21st defense you know and their

Net rating is about 23rd but yeah the Jazz are playing really good basketball right now now as recently looking at all the recent stats and stuff like that you know it’s like they they’ve been balling over this 11-2 stretch they’ve been really really really good you know not

Just offensively but defensively as well defensively you know I mean all their wins honestly looking at like all these games and stuff there hasn’t really been that many close wins like the start the streak they beat Detroit and Detroit by nine or by eight then they beat the

Raptors by seven uh then after that they beat the heat by eight then they beat the Pistons again in overtime by six which actually crazy game I watched that game but after that all their wins have been double digit wins they beat the Spurs by 12 they beat

The Mavericks by almost 30 you know uh they beat the Sixers by 11 they beat the Bucks by 16 they beat the Nuggets by 13 they beat the Raptors by 22 they beat the Lakers by seven which is another close win but it’s not like they’ve been

Like kind of battling grinding out games you know they just been out shooting teams and dominating them you know over the season uh luren marinan last year had the All-Star breakout season and you know people were like okay how real is it it’s real Markin has still been like

Good you know uh he’s actually been one of two jazz players him and oai baji the only players that actually played in every game for the Jazz con has been really good uh Keon George their 16th overall pick out of Baylor you know he’s been very solid even though he’s not

Shooting the ball super efficiently right now but he’s a rookie you know rookies efficiency doesn’t really you know don’t look at it too hard but he’s averaging 113 four and a half assists per game you know he’s been very good especially in different roles he started

As a starter now he’s coming off the bench and he’s still you know doing his thing things he’s a guy that you know came out of college out of Baylor run what like freshman of the year or something like that last season no more for like being a bucket getter you know

And being a Creator but now he’s kind of stepped him more into the point guard role in Utah and he’s been doing a great job of it he’s actually been kind of more of a point guard facilitator than like a scorer because his efficiency hasn’t been good but he has the ability

To pop off you know and get some big games Walker Kesler uh even though he hasn’t really had the big jump we expected this season after having an amazing rookie year this year he’s kind of been kind of the same if not maybe a little bit worse but as a racing he’s

Coming together he’s still averaging eight and seven with two and a half blocks per game shooting 64% for the field at the I mean at the very least he still going to be a guy that going to block a lot of shots and get a lot of

Rebounds you know Simone fateko he’s a guy that probably not a lot of people in the NBA no but he’s been playing really good averaging eight points per game he’s become a starter for them he’s shooting 44% from the field 39% from three you know he’s a sniper out there

From shooting Kell Len you know him great basketball player you know averaging eight and four he’s shooting 43% from three Oak baji has been pretty solid Chris Dunn has kind of made a role for himself in the NBA kind of like what Dante xim has done this year for Dallas

Chris Dunn has done that this year with Utah you know former fifth overall pick injuries and stuff had a good little showing in Chicago but just couldn’t really find a home and now last year you know he signed in Utah and actually had some solid moments got a contract this

Year and he’s been pretty good five and four shooting 47% from the field not turning the ball over efficient point guard you know that’s what they need and this Jazz team has been really good and shout out to Will Hardy will hardy um used to be on the Boston Celtics staff

With eoka and them and yeah got the job last year Utah I think if I’m not mistaken he might be the youngest coach in the NBA if I’m not mistaken if he’s not the youngest he’s one of the youngest I know he’s probably like I think he’s like 38 or something like

That um but last year you saw some things you know Utah last year everyone expected you that I come in Utah last year to come in and win like 11 games I expected Utah to be the worst team in the NBA by far and the first month and a

Half they were one of the best teams in the NBA and then of course kind of it kicked in they’re like all right we don’t want to win we traded off some of our vets and they kind of you know tanked and I thought this year was going

To be a tanking year they’re like all right we’re probably going to win maybe 22 games you know kind of like just try to trade some more vets try to get young pieces potentially and let’s do it like that and it looked like that for the

First like month and a half or two months of the year but now they’re actually competitive team and will hardy one thing I’ve been saying about the Utah Jazz last year and this year is yes I might I don’t watch a lot of Utah Jazz basketball honestly like I’m not going

To sit here and act like I watch Utah every game and stuff like that and I’m a big Utah guy like not a lot of people watch Utah games but when I do watch Utah games and watch Utah basketball the one thing I do say is they fight hard

They play hard no matter what no matter what the record is no matter what the score is they’re one of those teams that are going to come in every night and play hard and play competitive they’re not going to look like even though the record might be one of the worst they’re

Not going to go out there and look like one of the worst te like with the Rockets the last few years where it’s like you go out there you could tell like oh yeah this team kind of sucks like you could tell like something’s going on Utah you don’t see that you

Come in and play Utah even though the record might be like seven and 16 they’re still going to go out there and play like their competitive team and play with some heart and some fight and they’re that type of team that if you know kind of slacking one day they could

Get you they always been one of that those type of teams and now they still have that same ality and a lot of I credit that a lot to Will Hardy and what he does and you know how he plays and kind of the system he’s put in the

Culture he’s kind of kind of setting a little bit in Utah of just that hardworking we’re going to fight you know type of stuff team basketball because that’s what it’s been it’s been team basketball it’s not just one player kind of going in having 30 and everyone

Else is kind of behind him it’s kind of been like it’s like team basketball you know it’s like everybody gets a chance one night L marinin one night is Jordan Clarkson one night is KH seon one night you know guys like Chris D Kelly Keon George step in and provide some minutes

You know provide some good play you know like it’s one of those type of teams where it’s like not saying you kind of don’t know cuz most of the time it’s going to be L Mark and Jordan Clark’s at the top and then everyone else ships in

But it’s one of those teams where it’s like you can’t just lock it on one player and be like all right we’re stopping L marinin today or stopping Jordan clar today and we don’t care about anyone else because there’s they have players on this team where K can

Have a game where he has 18 you know um KX can have a game where he has 25 you know John KH can have a game where he has you know 15 and 12 KY George can have a game where he has 16 you know it’s like kind of like that you know

What I mean and yeah they play Team ball they shoot the ball they been shooting the ball very well you know they’re aggressive They’re Not Afraid on offense and defense to get physical and do all that stuff and yeah a lot of credit to you Jazz man I mean they’re a team now

That you kind of have to like think about in the play and stuff like usually look at the Western Conference in the playing you’re like all right you got you know the top teams now you got Minnesota OKC Denver Clippers Kings stuff like that but then the plane it’s

Like all you got Suns Lakers Warriors maybe Memphis if John Morant and them come back but now that’s not going to happen but now Utah has kind of put themselves up in a place where it’s like hey you know we’re here too especially now with Memphis kind of dropping out

Because you know John Mor’s out for the year Des Bane’s hurt Marcus Martin is hurt they just been really cursed this past few months it’s like all right Memphis is kind of out of it now and now Utah’s kind of put their name up into it you know especially with the Warriors

Struggling the Lakers struggling Utah has come out of nowhere and kind of been like a team that’s like okay here’s our chance hi we’re here you know don’t forget about us you know we don’t disrespect us we’re here too you know honestly if you look at go back to my

Western colge prediction video I honestly feel I think I had the Utah Jazz the worst record in the Western Conference I did because I honest I thought Utah was going to come in this year and kind of just take it easy and kind of be like you know what we’re not
