Looks like some of those names who represented Team USA at the World Cup are there out of respect for prior service. Some of those names seem undeniable, depending on the decision-making table at Team USA.
Like, KD and LeBron have each won three medals for USA already and are still playing lights out — by which I mean, comfortably top 15-20 players and among the top 12 Americans. Hard to imagine they aren’t two of the forwards.
Honestly for all the talk of the cupboard being bare, this is an outstanding class of players trying to represent Team USA.
