  1. For petty reasons I am sure. He would have done a great job with that team I think.

Im glad NN is thriving as a head coach after the firing but hate it that its with sixers …..

Nick: To stop Embiid, we’re going to put two guys sagging in the paint, and send doubles from everywhere on the court…

    Giannis: *PTSD intensifies*

If/when Philly bounces the Bucks, I think that would be the only time we see eye to eye with Philly fans.

Nurse would’ve done a phenomenal job there, even if we fired him, it felt more that it was a mutual thing where he was past his expiration in Toronto specifically.

Even in Philly I think he lasts 3-4 years, possibly wins another ring, then bounces to a new team to repeat the cycle

Embiid didn’t want Nurse either. But the Sixers hired him anyway. Now the two are working really well together.

Nurse has turned Embiid into Jokic light, which is a good thing.

I’m loving this Giannis heel turn.

Dude was the ultimate good guy.

What is with players obsession with Doc?

I get he won a Championship with the Celtics a while back, but I can’t think of a single series in recent memory where he vastly out-coached another coach?

Getting “screw you, you was ugly anyways” vibes from Gianis

Dude is still salty we whooped his ass in 2019

“I don’t want nurse, but can you get his head assistant?”

Pretty sure Joel likes Nurse has the coach now.

Nick would have gotten his brother in the Nursery. Can’t have that

Seems so random for Giannis not to want Nurse, only thing I can think of is he took the 2019 come from behind sweep personally?

He didn’t wanna play 52 mins a night

  15. I’m sure he had his hand on developing FVV, SpicyP, and fixed Scottie shooting stroke. Nick Nurse is a champion with a rebuilding team or not. He knows how to win.

I’d hold off from commenting about this all until we see the outcome.

Milwaukee is ahead of Philly in the standings right now despite no defense and we know what happens to Philly in the playoffs. It would be absolute comedic gold for everyone trashing Giannis right now to be proven wrong after he crushes the East to a shot at the title. Not all that likely, but would be absolutely hilarious shit.

  17. NN would’ve pissed giannis off by benching his bro permanently.
