Well Doc seems to be the exception cause don’t see how a high profile coach would want to join a team midseason. Especially one like the Lakers that comes with a ton of pressure. Waiting in the offseason is the best scenario HOWEVER I would totally be okay if we promoted Chris Jent.

Face it, even if Ham went out, there is no good coach out there that can replace him and move the needle. If anything, it might get worse for this season, more adjustment, new system for the guys to adjust, and then next year most of the players are gone so you’re salvaging another half a season again.
