[Paredes] The hoop has a lid on it: Spurs rank 29th in open 3P% and 26th in wide-open 3P%, shooting 31.6% and 36.9%. Five Spurs, including Wemby, are among the bottom 5 in overall 3PT shooting (>=11MIN). Come on down back to Texas, Chip Engelland!

Is there a (shot) doctor in the house?
Sign me Spurs! I was a good shooter 15 years ago in my smallish, mostly white Canadian city high school! I can turn things around!
what’s done is done but losing chip really hurt us. If its true he left because we couldn’t agree on a contract that’s very disappointing. We should have given him whatever he wanted.
I wonder if they work on their shot during the season or if it’s just an off season workout cause it feels like they don’t practice the three, like, at all lol
We don’t shoot 3’s well and we give up a ton of open 3’s.
We don’t have that many shooters… This isn’t surprising.
Chip was great, but I don’t think he’s much better than the guys we have now. Jeremy and Keldon have both really improved their shots, and didn’t Dirk’s coach say not to mess with Wemby’s? The biggest thing we can do to improve is to tell Collins to stop taking 3s.If Collins and Tre stopped taking threes our percentage jumps 2.5 points.
It’s crazy that we hit 3s so low. But a part of it might be lack of confidence ? Whe you’re so used to failing your 3s….
Why don’t we just go to OKC and kidnap Chip again?
