> With less than two weeks to go until the NBA trade deadline, this much can finally be said about Chicago’s Zach LaVine:
> A trade market, narrow but tangible, has finally emerged for the Bulls’ former All-Star.
> League sources tell The Stein Line that, while no trade is certain to be consummated, Detroit continues to maintain interest in LaVine.
> And talk between the sides, sources say, have by no means gone dormant.
> The Pistons are said to have established four of their young players as off-limits in ongoing trade discussions with various teams: Cade Cunningham, Jalen Duren, Jaden Ivey and rookie Ausar Thompson.
> How firm is that stance? Would the Pistons relent on Ivey? Can Detroit assemble a trade package around the very trade-friendly contract possessed by Bojan Bogdanović that the Bulls ultimately accept because they just want to get off of LaVine’s contract after months of speculation on the matter?
> Word is that the Bulls, to this point, have not shown an inclination to simply make the best deal they can with Detroit to move LaVine off their books.
> Yet I’ve been advised that we need to stay tuned.

Then they’re not getting him…simple as. People gotta stop thinking we’re trading Zach for peanuts. He’s not a superstar but he’s very good at certain parts of the game
So who would pistons part with?
I understand the benefit of trading Zach but I wouldn’t want to do him dirty by trading him to Detroit.
Detroit is the Worst team in the league yet there are 4 untouchable players?? doesn’t make sense
Thompson or bust.
If Zach is worth nothing now might as well keep him and see if he can improve his worth next season and hopefully be more healthier. It’d really wouldn’t make much of a difference if we wait now or later if his value remains the same. If anything, you may get something better later.
Well shit then ain’t no trade
