5 all star? damn. last time i remember the most Celtics have was 4 (Pierce, Garnett, Ray Allen, Rondo)

  2. Otherwise_Horror_183

why did we let Banchero overtake KP?

  3. Starters were already announced last night. This post is outdated lol

All starting 5 on the top 10 is neat.

My biggest ??S… how is Jimmy still getting 1.6m votes not even playing? Same with Ja – who actually voting for him?

And the East guards seem to be collectively bad at defense as a trait, besides the 2 Boston guys!

  5. CombinationBoring220

Wait did our entire starting 5 make the all star game?

  6. 290K short for Jaylen.

Those aren’t bad numbers on the grand scale of things. If he had a better outing in the ECF he might have attracted more fan votes this year.

lakers fans suck so hard. Can’t wait for Austin reaches to actually be their best player. It’s what they deserve

Gotta love our fans. We turned out to vote for our 3rd best front court player more so than the Knicks did for their best!

The west coast is spending too much time in the Instagram comments and too little time watching basketball with that guards voting

Where Jamal Murray? Shai not at 1?

Kyrie… Harden… Reaves… Morant over Bane? Someone get some televisions out there I think they would enjoy actually watching teams play

  10. Jimmy butler being in the all star game is freaking hilarious. That dude puts in zero effort

I just realized with the fan vote it’s unlikely that a guard is ever a team captain again (if the NBA keeps that format). Frontcourt players get way more votes than guards because fans can vote for 3.

  12. Everyone in here forgetting that this is just the fan vote and only makes up a portion of the overall vote. Players and coaches both get a say.

No reason Lillard should be starting over Brunson or JB for that matter.

  14. So if the 12 for each team were decided purely on votes:

    East. 1. Giannis. 2. Tatum. 3. Embiid. 4. Hali. 5. Trae. 6. Dame. 7. Donovan Mitchell. 8. Butler. 9. Brunson. 10. Maxey. 11. Brown. 12. Paolo. …..13. Porzingis, 16. White, 17. Holiday.

KP would be the backup center if they were making real teams. White and Holiday would be the 7th and 8th guards, so they likely don’t make it, even with an injury or two on the team.

    West: 1. LeBron. 2. Jokic. 3. Durant. 4. Luka. 5. Curry. 6. Shai. 7. AD. 8. Sengun. 9. Kawhi. 10. Paul George. 11. Kyrie. 12. Ant.
