Guys let’s work together to get this man his flowers with an all defensive selection and DPOY! OG is quickly becoming a house hold name. Move over Tony Allen and Marcus Smart, this is OG ANUNOBY’s era. He’s as legit as they come.
I guess the trade was a steal….for the Knicks! Very difficult to find someone that plays consistent help D and great lockdown player.
He might be the best overall defender we’ve had in decades.
I would be more general— OG Anunoby is a problem for opposing players and teams.
This is one of the best examples of a great trade, and also a great example of the sorts of things that win you basketball games, not just look pretty on a stat sheet. And this might be the time when all those things might actually get the player paid. Because everyone can see what a difference a guy like OG makes when it comes to winning basketball games. And not only that, he sounds like a nice guy in interviews too!
