Fire Vogul snd get a real PG and legit center and add athletic player
This is james jones hand selected roster he needs to fix this or be fired. Vogel is partly to blame because of the bs smallball lineup. Everything bad going on in the games we lose comes down to the same problems excessive turnovers, getting physically bullied in the paint because we severly lack size, strength and toughnesd inside. Isn't it obvious james jones is gambling with this team's future hoping that a team filled with shooters and wings can win it all. We aren't the warriors, they had size , perimeter and post defense and steph curry actually playing pointguard. Also the fact that all their players were consistent perimetet threats. Ours ( outside of the big 3) just aren't getting it done. We've had several seasons to add a backup pointguard passing on guys like jared butler, miles mcbride,brandon podziemski and a few others all in the late first or early 2nd round we could've added for next to nothing. Same with alot of bigs we could've nabbed over the years in the draft or through trades and free agency. But no, much like sarver james jones didn't and still doesn't see the point in aquiring or developing young talent. I mean we passed on guys like kawhi leonard because he sweats to much in workouts and de'aron fox . We could've drafted tyrese haliburton but overlooked him. Why are we the only team in the league that consistently fails in scouting and player development? We may have a very talented offensive team but none of that matters if we can't score . All teams have to do to beat us is defend the perimeter and be physical inside. Our two best defenders are tall but rail thin in durant and bol. Any team with size will just knock them out of the paint for an easy score and a trip to the line. Espo said that this team would either be great enough to win the organization's first title and all the sacrifices would be worth it. He also said thst if this failed and it appears to be heading this way, we'd be stuck in basketball hell with absolutely no options for the next decade. So now we either embrace the suck or be ruthless with our roster and bench with trades. We need youth, defense, size and athleticism. I don't care about making a title run this season, we are real contenders anyway. What we should do is make the playoffs and see what most of these guys are capable of then fine tune the roster after the post-season and shoot out of the gate next season with the only goal to destroy any team in front of us . If that means dirty play, well then it has to be done. Ig that means we run up the score each game in ridiculous fashion that's what we'll do. We have to want to punish and humiliateopposing teams. Right now every wants to play the suns. Go get a real talented playmaking pointguard or make the necessary trades in draft capital to select one, trade for a bruising, physical power forward and center or get some with late first round or early 2nd round picks. Guys we should target in june – zac edy, hansen yang, tyler kolek, ryan dunn, adem bona and tyrese proctor. Do we really want to accept teams like the clippers, a young okc thunder or even the sacramento kings leapfrogging us to win a title?
Kevin Young’s offense system is the problem. He should go with Monty. The magic changed their defense scheme at 4th quarter, we should STOP FORCING THE SHOTS and move the ball!!!!!

Book HAS to pass the ball!! We cant get a rhythm for anyone if he has double the amount of shots as anyone!! He’s shooting every time he touches the ball so when he gets out everyone is still COLD!!! I’ve been on championship teams all 4 years of college that shit don’t win games get EVERYONE ENGAGED then they will play both sides.

I been saying yes book is NICE however so is other players on the team! when you trust the next player man with the talent on this team they should have a breeze at “work” idk what they on behind the scenes but they don’t TRUST each other enough and that gets the next guy to dive on the floor and fight for you but hey 🤷🏽♂️ we’ll see
