Love the Spurs but that defense is atrocious!
The problem with wemby is that i feel like he mofeled his game after the wrong players. He seems to want to play like kd but does not have the agility nor ball handling(often turnsover) when dribbling lik a guard.
He needs to buy into playing more like others that has a similar build bigs like duncan, embiid, kareem abdul jabbar. Thats when he will become much more efficient. I do see him setting a lot more picks tho…so thats a good sign. But yea they def need a pure point guard to get the best of wemby especially the pick and rolls

wemby is doing ok in the offense tonight but its not like him in the defense, there's a lot of shots that he coulda easily block and contest and choose not to that in return cost them the game, tyus jones is getting easy basket and looks and wemby just lets him shoot 2 time in a row. His defnse tenacity shouldnt waver cause that is one of his unique traits that make him special

Wemby has been starting strong but disappears offensively for long stretches. He actually was more aggressive when he was under minutes restriction.

Sochan contributing his two points in 26 minutes. First step in his maturity will be when he stops dying his hair. Then I'll take him seriously. After that he might work on his game in the paint. He can get to the paint akright, but jump stops, spins around and looks for the first time in his drives for open teammates. After a year and a half of running the point he should be a well oiled machine running the pick and roll with Wemby. It was a great hope by Pop, but it didn't work.
