  1. Ngl two weeks seems very generous, this sucks for Pat

    Great 🥲

Hopefully he heals up fully. And hopefully Torrey comes back soon. I guess we get more 4 guard lineups. Hopefully they commit to boxing out on rebounds.

Probably season ending, that’s pretty serious and need him to rest to just understand it more. I’m sure they will do a series of test then wait a couple more weeks. Could be a result from a previous injury that never healed correctly.

I swear this is what’s wrong with my ankle for past 2 years

  4. “Bone marrow edema (BME) occurs when fluid builds up inside your bone marrow”

    I uh… I don’t think he’s coming back in 2 weeks.

  5. I swear the basketball gods decided to cursed this franchise ever since Jordan was drafted, won 6 rings. Retired.

“Active rest”. Talk about an oxymoron. WTF does that even mean?

probably had this for a while and has been playing though it. Good to see the Bulls medical staff is up to their usual skill level.

Sounds like an early case of boneitis.

    Better get the cryochamber ready.

There should be a class you can take in med school called “injuries chicago bulls players have gotten”

I think this just means his foot is swollen. This was definitely found in an MRI or CT scan and if that’s all is in the report I don’t think it’s that bad.

Source: Guy who broke his foot 3 months ago and had this exact wording in my report along with having multiple fractures listed in it.

Lavine and someone for Andrew Wiggins and Chris Paul incoming.

Dude what is up with the Bulls medical staff????

So I’m not a doctor but from what I’ve read this could be a quick recovery with very simple treatment or season ending depending on how it heals. These things range from insanely painful to literally unnoticeable. If the swelling goes down quickly and doesn’t flare up he could be fine in two weeks. If he doesn’t heal right he could be out for months.

Honestly it’s a good thing Julian looked solid last game, it’s the Blazers sure, but he’s got great instincts on defense in terms of switch timing and rotation and he’s aggressive on offense. I do have a feeling we’ll be running the Drummond and Vooch lineup in any game with big forwards though.
