Our guy is 7th in the league in plus minus per 100 possession. He is a brick wall that putting the clamps on opposing forwards, he’s shooting over 40% from 3 and just makes winning plays all the time. People thought I was crazy when I said he might be the best fit with the starters if he reached his potential. Perfect 3&D Wing to complement our stars. Hats off to you, Dean Wade.

Yeah, I think we have to keep him for this season. He’s finally healthy and has a consistent role.
Basketball reference does not have real +/- data. They use an algorithm to guess the on court value. Nba.com/stats has real number.
He’s truly been an elite 3 and d guy this year. The defense has taken a big step forward, he’s still active on the boards and he’s taking 7.5 shots per 36 minutes and 6.4 of them are 3s (39.9 percent right now). He also only seems to be getting more confident shooting the ball.
Just evidence that he is an obvious +/- merchant
