BR doesn’t measure intentional achievements. Add that in and he has a very high chance. Likely he and Pau at the same time.
He’s a lock. It’s the Basketball Hall of Fame, not the NBA Hall of Fame

And pretty sure BR only counts NBA stats. If he’s an American who’s never played internationally, then yeah 4.2%. But in reality, he’ll make it with Pau at the same class to make it even better a story.
