Nikola Jokic put up 27 points, 22 rebounds and 12 assists for the Denver Nuggets as they defeat the Portland Trail Blazers, 120-108. This is Jokic’s 15th triple-double of the season and 120th of his career. Jamal Murray added 13 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists in the victory, while Scoot Henderson tallied 30 points and 5 rebounds for the Trail Blazers in the losing effort, the 2nd 30+ point game of his career. The Nuggets improve to 34-16 on the season, while the Trail Blazers fall to 15-34.

    Nikola Jokic was an absolute monster tonight 27-22-12 on 11-16 shooting with 3 stocks. He came into tonight questionable with lower back pain and with the way Portland played tonight they definitely would’ve have lost tonight if he wasn’t on the court. Their are plenty of great candidates for MVP but honestly don’t know if there is a player who bring the value Jokic brings to a team because without him on the court Denver simply can’t function.

    Jokic is one of the most unselfish players in the NBA. You'll notice that he never takes too many shots. Tonight he only attempted sixteen shots. Not only is he efficient, but he's incredibly unselfish. He spreads the wealth around. He gets his teammates involved with excellent passing, playmaking and vision, and if that's not enough he averages a double-double in every game he plays in. He's just an incredible player.

    1:38 is just the prototypical Joker highlight. You think its the Blazer's bucket but KCP takes off and Joker hits him past halfcourt for the 1-dribble dunk.

    Nice game but I am really sick of the lazy passes and the lack of energy that they showed in the fourth. They do this against bottom teams and it carries over to the good teams. It’s as if they are waiting for the playoffs

    Scoot defense is awful. Keeps complaining about something or staring off into space when their possession is over. Gotta run and cover the outlets

    I like how people assume that the only reason Jokic will win MVP is because Embiid got injured lol….

    Can we talk about the play at 6:40. Jokic directly tells Jackson where to go, Jackson goes, gets a pass, easy bucket. I thought it was so funny because Jokic made it so obvious and it actually worked.

    Joel Em Piid his panties at the thought of facing Jokic in the Mile High Air. I'll never let it go how they allow such a bum to become MVP last year. ALWAYS will be a pleasure to witness actual greatness like Jokic displayed tonight. Putting up triple dubs nightly against the best players in the world like it is just another task on a to-do list in an everyday 9 to 5. We're beyond LUCKY to be living in a time with players like him & Mackinnon leading Colorado teams to championship rings & greatness!!
